Overall for the price point this is a decent Mini Chain Saw. I have several Mini Chain Saws and have found there are certain features that I find convenient/helpful to have. The first is does it come with multiple batteries, this unit does, you get two. Do the batteries have power indicator lights on them? This one does not, so you are potentially guessing as to how much juice you have left when moving on the next stage of your project. The next thing I look for is can it be easily used in either hand. This unit has the trigger release on only one side, so it's meant for use with your right hand. In most applications that's fine, however if you trimming bushes in a confined area, being able to cut with your left hand is very helpful. Another thing I look for is an oiler feature, this unit has a place to put the oil and press a bulb to have it released on to the bar and chain for lubrication. Many mini chain saws require you to manually squirt the oil on to provide the lubrication. I find that I usually have the oil bottle back with my supplies and it's too far from where I'm working at the time. So this a big plus for this particular unit that it has this feature. The final consideration is the ease of installing the bar and chain along with the adjusting of the chain tension. I found this unit was easy to work with and make adjustments when needed. Overall I'm happy with it and find it worthy of the four star rating from me.

I have used a few chainsaws like this and I am surprised at how they can do it for this price. It is amazing. This has literally everything the others have and more. This has a blade guard on top to protect you a bit better from cutting yourself on the chain. The oiling system is not automatic though. But is is a very good feature to have. I am going to give this one to my wife so I do not have to worry about her manually adding oil to the chain, which is messy. This makes it easy by pressing a button - manually. Way better than pouring oil from a container onto the chain.

When I got the opportunity to review this KELNOW 6” mini-chainsaw, I had to see what would seem to be that best deal out there for a 6” chainsaw with auto oiler (finger pump style), a number of safety features and 2 lithium batteries with charger. Even if you have enough trees on your property to justify a gas chainsaw, there are frequently smaller tasks where it is complete “overkill” and a small 6” battery powered unit is all you really need. Even for most homeowners that need loop off a branch from time to time, having an expensive model is probably not justified. I clearly can't do a complete “life test” on this KELNOW 6” mini-chainsaw, but from my meager inspection and few trial cuts, I think that this is a perfect low cost option for the average homeowner. My only suggestion is that KELNOW should raise the price a few bucks and include a molded storage case to keep everything together in.

The media could not be loaded. Overall, this is perfect for me. I am not going to use a chainsaw every day, I will probably just need one a few times a year, so this is the perfect option as it is smaller and battery powered, easy to store, etc. I love that it comes with 2 chains and 2 batteries with charger, it comes with protective glasses but I have thicker ones I’d rather use, and it has gloves that help you grip it better. I didn’t know these may need oil for lubrication, And I probably wouldn’t have noticed or thought about it if they had not also included a little bottle just for this purpose, so that’s also awesome

The media could not be loaded. This is a pretty cool and pretty handy little saw. I used it to trim some small limbs and it worked great. I have no complaints. It won’t cut large items like a full size chainsaw, but it’s pretty handy for small limbs.
