I saw this item go on-sale a few times, and this last time I couldn't pass it up. The packaging is nice and professional. The quality of the camera and solar panel felt good out of the box, it had some heft and felt like it was of good quality. It was very easy to setup. You're most likely going to need a drill if you are putting it anywhere outside, especially into a beam of wood or a facia board, etc. Picture quality is actually quite nice. I can see the license plates of cars pulling in, I have a wide enough view to see all my vehicles, plus the walk-up to my front door. The 360 degrees is nice, just realize its more like 350 degrees. It will go all the way to where you can basically see behind, but then you have to go around back the other way. Think of a pie / circle with a small slice taken out the back, thats where the camera can't rotate, but you can still see behind it fine. It doesn't tilt very far up but tilts down good. The default angle its facing at out the box is pretty much the highest UP it goes. KEEP THAT IN MIND! MOUNT IT HIGH AS YOU CAN! All the functions work just fine on the camera. The app is pretty good, isn't too difficult to navigate or set up. I do not have the homebase yet, but plan on getting that with more cameras. Using an SD card for storage, just get one they are cheap for the 128gb. The phone app does take up some battery while using it. In the background its a lot less. But keep that in mind if your phone battery isn't the best, or is old and doesn't have the capacity it used to. The actual battery inside the camera unit lasts all night, and it charges up quick with solar. Overall good camera for the price. I didn't want any subscriptions or anything and this was one of the best I could find in the price range I was looking at. The AI tracking had some kinks at first. You may have to mess with the sensitivity. Mine was recording flying insects at night a lot for no reason at first. After about the first week it seemed to stop. Either the bugs went away (doubt that) or the camera either learned through AI or had an update. It "bugged" me at first but it worked itself out after a few nights.

This is my first security camera and I'm really pleased with it. It was super easy to install (I mounted it on my garage with the solar panel on the roof) and took less than 20 minutes. I'm still tweaking the settings (I'd rather it didn't record snow for example) but overall it's been great for the reasons I need it. I'm running it off the solar panel as it's primary energy source and that's working great! It gets good image quality even at night and the camera will follow motion such as cars entering and leaving the alley behind my garage. The camera is sensitive and picks up bunnies, kitties, possums, etc even though I've got it set to only record people and cars. Don't know if that's good or bad but it does mean you will probably need to clear your stored video regularly. I've got mine set up with an SD card and that is working well for me at this point.

Very easy to install and set up. Seems to be working well after 4 weeks of use. Solar panels are keeping the batteries at 100%. Also love the local storage and not requiring any subscription. Notifications are being sent to both my phone and my wife’s phone when motion is detected. The app made it simple to define the detection zone as well as setting up different home positions as the cameras can pan.

The media could not be loaded. Really like these cameras. The good: - Love the high resolution cameras and can make out very clearly who it is in the videos. - No monthly service fee but they do have a cloud service if you want. - The AI is quite good on these. You can set it up each camera to track a car, human, or any movement, or any combination of those. - The app is quite user friendly and I was able to figure it out pretty easily. - The battery life is fantastic. With the solar panels, the batteries are always topped off each day and the cameras stay more than 90% full all the time. We live in AZ so we do get a lot of sun so not sure how this would do in other areas like the Pacific Northwest. - The cameras actually look really nice. No antennae sticking out. They are small yet still powerful. I also like the LED light that turns on when it detects something. This is something you can control via the app and you can tell it whether you want the LED to be on or off when tracking. I like it to be on as I want anyone who sees the camera to know it is tracking them. - The app is excellent and I can easily view live feed from each camera or get access to previous recordings. - You can talk two ways with each of these cameras and the volume is surprisingly high. The not so good: - If you want additional storage than what the home base provides, you can purchase separately microSD cards that go in each camera. I did this and none of the SD cards actually worked. I am working with Eufy to fix this and will update this review if we are able to resolve this. It is a bit suspicious that the microSD cards do not work because the alternative is to use their cloud service. We will see if this gets fixed. - The connection to each camera is fairly good, however, there are times when the app tells you it just cannot connect to the camera. Not sure why this is happening but it seems to be getting a bit better and it certainly does not happen to often. - There are times that I have tested the cameras to see if it detects motion and sometimes it does not. This is not a major issue as the motion sensitivity can be adjusted so that is likely a quick adjustment.

Good camera.Takes very good video stays charged with the solar panel which I'm amazed it has never failed yet.I've had it up over almost 2 months. Oh, and no subscription.If you don't want it, it's still works with a s.d card.
