These hair clips are the best. I have very thick, very wavy hair. I use hair clips to straighten and it curl my hair because i need to section it off. These are well made, tight without hurting. The inside has a elastic band to cushion your hair. They even came with spare elastics. It came as a set of six. I use them to pin up my hair in a bun so I can wear my waterproof cover if I am not washing my hair. These are great. I purchased them for myself a few years ago since they a little longer (so they can handle as much/little hair as needed), they have little teeth which helps grab onto my thick hair so they don't just slip out and the silicone strip is a plus for that same purpose as well. They also come with a few replacement silicone strips. They silicone strips are very durable and long lasting. I put them threw the ringer.
