UPDATE: SEP 27, 2019: The vendor was understanding and responsive. It does look like I got a "bad one" and it was promptly replaced. Adjusting my rating to 5-stars. If it holds up at least 2 years, I'll be okay with it and this will end my reviews. Thank you to the vendor, Cesun. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Falling Apart After Only ONLY 2 (Two) Months. Sheesh! I have had these types of hoses before and even though they seem tough, they tend to fail after a couple of years. I've only had this one since July (two months) and it's falling apart. Perhaps I received a lemon; it happens. I have had an identical one in my back yard which was purchased in August of this year and it's okay for now. I contacted Amazon for support and at their urging was furnished with the email address for this vendor in order to request a resolution as the item is under warranty. I will update if the matter is successfully resolved. Keeping a watchful eye on the other one now. By the way, I don't keep the hose under pressure and I loose-wrap it being careful to not put undue pressure on the item.

Based upon other reviews... I was more than happy to find this hose was terrific to use. Complaint about the sprayer? Yes, worthless but doesn't everyone have 3 or 4 laying around from your last hoses? Good grief... put one on! Then it works with as much power as you'd ever need. I love it and will replace all of my heavy green rubber hoses. Including the spiral one. If it falls apart by the end of season, I'll update... so far it's great.

I bought this hose since my dogs keep chewing all the rubber ones I had and honestly this hose is great. They have chew it twice and no rips or holes also it doesn’t leak and I leave the water pressure on the whole time, the hose is light and durable and doesn’t Tangle I am going to actually buy again for my front yard.

This is my second same hose. The first one developed a split but I thought I had accidentally put a kink in the hose. So I was careful with this one not to do the same. I turned my faucet on yesterday and the hose started leaking EXACTLY the same way as the first one. It was hanging properly in a loose coil. It didn't leak the last time I used it. And no one else used it either. To say I am unhappy is an understatement. I don't even know if tape would solve the problem. It is a very light weight hose. Fits standard taps and sprayers. But a split developing in a hose that is only a few months old!!!!

I bought a 50 foot metal hose first, just to see if I would like using it and if it was durable. I was thrilled with it's performance and durability. Since then, I have purchased 3 more of these hoses. They are lightweight, never tangle, easy to use, and durable. I will never use a plastic or rubber hose again nor one of those fabric hoses that shrink up and break in a month. I'm very happy with this purchase and recommend it to anyone looking to replace their outdated, difficult to use, rubber hoses.

I thought this hose would end my search for a durable yet lightweight hose to take with me easily when I needed it, well after giving it a shot twice, it was the same exact problem and shortly after the warranty expired. The "no kink" claim is BS. The hose won't kink ON THE EXTERIOR, but it will do something worse, which is kink on the INTERIOR of the steel jacket, making it impossible to repair/undo the kink. Once this happens, say goodbye to your water pressure and there is no amount of shaking and twisting that will undo this problem. Today I tried using it at a job and this problem cost me time and money. Unless you plan on using this hose only on ocassion and without moving it around much, don't even bother. I won't even try to email the manufacturer because I never received a response with my 1st failure on the previous one I purchased. I guess if you're ok buying a new hose once every 6-12 months then go for it.
