My search for a new hair straightener is finally over!! And I couldn't be happier!! On 7/22/24, I purchased this beautiful Ella Bella ceramic hair straightener, that also styles in other ways like wavy, or curls. It's quite amazing! I've never had one that does all that, or one that even came with a heat protecting glove, and a heat protecting holder, that is also the mat you set it on to protect your surfaces, like this product comes with!! It also has amazing features like, Temperature Control, that quickly goes all the way up to 450°, (which is perfect for me, because my hair is very thick, with big curls, and is so long, it goes past my behind) which shows on the bright blue LCD screen. And it DOESN'T MAKE MY HAIR STINK, OR PULL OUT MY HAIR!! It has an auto shut off after 60 minutes, in case you accidentally forget to turn it off. I actually unplug it, and put it in the heat protecting bag. It also has a plate lock, so it locks in place to keep it closed when not in use. A really nice swivel cord, that has a velcro wrap to keep the cord nice and neat when ready to store away. It also comes with a 2 year warranty!! It's been just over a month, and I went to Mexico for 2 weeks. Let's just say, my hair stayed straight for days in-between washes, (4 days). The hot weather did not faze my hair at all!! No frizz, just beautiful straight hair, that I couldn't stop touching!! My friends and family thought I did something different to my hair. But it's more like, I bought something different for my hair!! BYE BYE REVLON you lost a faithful customer when you switched my favorite hair straightener, from ceramic, to ceramic coated. It made my hair smell so so badly it eas embarrassing!! I AM NOW FOREVER AN ELLA BELLA GIRL!! My friends, and family WILL be following. A couple already did last week. So when I tell you, this is the greatest investment for your precious hair, I MEAN IT!! Ruth, the owner talks to you, to make sure everything is going well, if you have questions, or need advice on your product. She IS AMAZING!! WITH IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This is an excellent and professional Flat Iron. I did a lot of research before purchasing the ELLA BELLA. I have fine and highlighted hair and this Ceramic Flat iron has controlled temperature settings which I set at 350°. The cord is plenty long, the auto shutoff and the temperature settings are on the side to set and read. It heats up very quickly and includes a heat resistant storage sleeve to set the Flat iron on while using, and for storage and travel. A two year warranty is included upon registering. I would recommend as it is a great price for the quality. The only change to improve the ease of use, would be to have the on/off controls and temp settings on top. I am left handed and It is a bit awkward when I pick it up with my left hand and then have to turn it to the side and press the on/off and setting buttons with my right hand. It would be easier to use and easier to adjust the settings if all this were top of the Flat iron.

I had a great experience with the ELLA BELLA Ceramic Flat Iron Hair Straightener. The flat iron works really well and heats up quickly. I like that it has a digital display so you can control the temperature accurately, which helps prevent using too much heat on your hair. One thing that really stood out to me was the customer service. The seller actually texted me to check and make sure I wasn’t having any issues with the flat iron, which I thought was very thoughtful. She also offered a one-year warranty, which made me feel even more confident about my purchase. Overall, I’m very happy with this flat iron and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality straightener.

This is the best straightener , has helped my hair greatly , the ceramic plates are must . My hair was very damaged from my other straightener. Now my hair is looking healthier everyday . Such a great Quality product , for a very affordable price . Plus also heats up so fast .

Amazed. I used my daughters (another brand) over Christmas and found a flat iron was just what I needed for my cut. I went on pursuit and found this ELLA BELLA. Immediately I contacted them to secure my warranty and Ruth contacted me and wanted to verify I was satisfied with my purchase. She followed up with another contact. I told her I did have one issue last week where it wouldn't turn on. I tried everything and no results. I waited a few mins and tried again. It worked fine then. Outside of that, it has worked great. The design, durability, time savings, and perfect texture and hair straightness I have looked for has made for my desired hair style. My hair is naturally wavy and previous hair styling appliances didn’t provide what I wanted. I’m so glad I did my research and chose the ELLA BELLA rather than others.

The flat iron has multiple temperatures to select from. It heats up to the selected temperature in a timely manner. It is not too heavy to handle and is quite manageable. It straightens my hair but it does not seem to keep my hair as straight though the day as my previous flat iron. It has several protective features to prevent burns and I believe it is of good quality for the price.
