I adore these shoes! I have wide feet, ordered my normal size and they were perfect. They are pull ons, not step ins. I had no breaking in period, put them on, and no problem. My soles do get a little bit slick because of the dust on every floor that exists in Deep South Texas. They wash great in the washing machine. This is my second pair in 3 years. The first pair are still in good shape, but I wanted to be able to switch them back and forth to dry from washing. My feet don’t slide forward in them when walking a lot. The laces are for looks, they don’t tighten or loosen the shoe. I’ve had many compliments on them, especially for pull ons. I wouldn’t run in them, they have little padding. These are more for a day trip or running errands around town. They are comfortable for me wearing around the house with them for 12 hours, but I don’t think I’d wear them as a nurse’s shoe or a job where your feet are pounding on a floor all day. ... show more

I took one star off because these shoes are advertised as "slip on" and the definitely do NOT slip on. They run a little big and they still do not slip on. I wear a 7.5 or an 8, so I usually just order an 8 so I don't have to worry about sending them back for being too small. These however are long shoes and there is a lot of toe room left in a size 8. Unless you have wide feet, I would suggest ordering on the smaller end of your size range. Other than that, they are very comfortable and lightweight. I work in a lab and am on my feet for a good portion of the day and these had enough cushion without being heavy. I would buy these again ... show more

I work at FedEx and I'm on my feet all night and I've been looking for some perfect comfortable shoes. The first time I order these I'll order a the size I usually wear and they was too big. They was rubbing on my feet. Now these are just right. I went down to eight and a half. I usually wear nine. They have very good traction on the bottom. Very good soles inside. I LOVE MY SHOES! It is very easy to clean and maintain without breaking my back cleaning and scrubbing it excessively. It is very comfortable and is truly nonslip. I work in a commercial kitchen and need something that is durable and will last me long before needing replacements. I had these for a while and did not and will not be needing new pairs any time soon. First of all, they are NOT slip on. I have several pair of slip-ons, so I know how they are supposed to work. The back of these will collapse under the heel. They came wrapped tightly in a plastic bag, which cause them to be misshaped. They shoestrings are cheap quality. There are some positives too. The color is beautiful. They are lightweight and comfortable. They were true to size. The quality is just not what I hoped, but I guess you get what you pay for. These look great on and they are very comfortable, but the only negative is they’re not an easy slip on. The back of it is a very soft fabric so your foot crushes the back when trying to slip them on. I use a shoehorn and it works fine.
