Good This scooter is by far a perfect scooter. Very well built it has taken a few beating but not a single crack on it. Very comfortable seat. Decent speed. Never used USB charger can't say on that. Very easy to take apart. Company is great and very helpful. Bad A little heavy to load when broke down but if u are strong ur in luck but me being on cane and my 70 year old dad can handle just need a quick breath when done. If you want a loud horn then this isn't it. It's the most pathetic horn and I've had. And i dealt with these since 2004. The ligth is not great can't see very far so wouldn't recommend in the dark unless you are in a well lite area. Overall For a heavy duty probable break down scooter this is the best out there I say. I really like my scooter. I'm 85 & I can walk but not to far. Without the scooter I really have a hard time shopping in these big stores. I know they have scooters in these stores but one time I went to use one & the battery was dead Whoever used it before never plugged it in. So now what do I do. This way I know I have a scooter that works. I have a folding basket on the scooter & it holds quit a bet. I love it. ... show more

Bought scooter for husband who had stroke and has limited right side control. Was easy to put together. Unfortunately some shipping damage to seat and basket mounts, but seller was very easy to work with and we received replacement parts very soon. Scooter is easy to put together and take apart. Takes me(53yo woman) 1.5 minutes. Husband is tall, 6’5” but skinny. He has plenty of room on scooter and can easily drive it with just his left hand. I purchased this scooter 2 years ago it has been great but now I’m noticing the batteries are not lasting as long when I first bought it I could go for 5 or 6 miles easy now when I walk my dog about 21/2 miles is all I can get and that is on a good day if it gets less I will contact Living Well but all in all this is a wonderful scooter ... show more

Scooter arrived quickly and the end piece would not connect. We emailed Drive Medical and were contacted in less than 24 hours. After a conference call, it was determined the piece was not tooled correctly. Call was on Friday and received replacement on Monday. Highly recommend, I was worried as this is a high price item. However, if you have back issues or other lifting related-pain issues, you probably will have to have someone help you get it in and out of your vehicle. My family helps me.
