The media could not be loaded. Update: since we loved the first fan so much, we purchased a second one. Great product! This fan is THE best. It took about an hour to assemble and set up, pretty straight forward setup, all parts needed were included and in new condition. Once the fan was installed and turned on, we were surprised by how quiet it was even in its fastest setting! It is silent and powerful, so powerful that we had to leave it at a 2-3 setting for the fan. You can feel the air circulating in the entire room which is usually our issue with fans since you can only feel the air if you’re right under the fan, not an issue with this one. It has such a sleek, modern, clean look that it just upgrades your home instantly. We got the black and love it. It has three brightness settings for the light which is nice to have the option to change this at the click of a button. By the way! It has a remote control which I’ve never had before with any fans so that is a super convenient thing to have, especially since we have high ceilings and could never adjust the fan (other than just on and off). We are super happy with our purchase and the price makes it even better, totally recommend.

For the price, you can not beat this fan. It was a straight forward install. The fan is NOT cheaply built. The only thing I do not love is every time you turn the lights off it changes the light's color. It doesn't remember the last setting you used. So if you like warm light, you will need to shut of the lights three times to get it back to that color. My main concern was how the fan worked. There are six speeds 1-6. One is a nice decent breeze for the bedroom where as six is wind tunnel breeze. I use six with the door open to circulate the air not only in the bedroom but in the hallway. The fan at all of the speeds works great and is decently quite.

So it’s a cheap fan, and a pretty good one at that. I replaced an older fan that was giving me issues and it took about a hour total to remove the old fan and install this one Installation was straightforward and simple. The fan works fine and looks pretty good but there are a few minor details that could be improved. One is there are some chrome screws and nuts that see . Looks really bad on the black fan. I was really surprised there was no cover to go over the canopy screws and down rod. They give you one for the bottom but if they gave you 2 you could cover both the upper and lower portion for a much cleaner look The other issue is the canopy cover that goes against the ceiling is HUGE and makes the fan look weird. It’s practically the largest part of the fan and just makes the whole thing look “ off balance “ The most annoying issue I had with this fan is usually one of the easiest parts of other fans. The light kit on this a royal pain. On pretty much every other fan I’ve ever done the light kit is held on with three screws. And usually one of the holes on the light is “ keyholed” so you can put it on with the screw attached and just line up the other 2. With this fan none of the holes has the keyhole feature and it’s so hard to see anything to get the 1st screw lined up. It probably took me as long to attach the stupid light as it took to install the rest of the fan All in all it’s a nice fan for the price and if it lasts I’ll be happy

I selected this fan for - 1) 3 blades, smooth exterior, easy to dust/clean 2) 1800 lumen light, primary light source for this room and choice of light temperature for the various tasks performed here 3) a DC motor, this fan runs 24/7/365 as a prime mover in our HVAC system (100 plus year old house built without duct work) it saves 100kwh+ per year over straight AC fan we replaced. 4) the airfoil blade design, moves a lot of air, silently, at low speeds 5) this is mounted on a standard 8 foot ceiling and many in the family are 6 feet+ with no concern about "head room" And 6) I've saved the best for last - My daughter put this up! Everything goes up in order with easy access to screws/connectors while the weight is held by the bracket. The remote connected immediately and the whole thing works flawlessly. Highly recommended.
