To start, installation was pretty easy. I instructions were decent and I’ve installed a couple fans before. However getting all the cords to fit into the fan base was a little difficult and my arms kept getting tired. The strength of the wind from the fan is great and I love that there are so many settings. I only wish that there was a lower setting to use when I need just a tiny bit more moving air. Even the lowest setting is pretty strong but this will be great during the winter. I also like that there are multiple light settings/warmths and it’s dimmable. It’s especially good when you just wake up or are getting ready for bed and don’t want such harsh light. The only con to this fan is the light doesn’t spread super far. If you take the cover off, inside are a few LED light strips. My room is pretty large so the lighting would probably be perfect for a small/medium sized room. Overall this light is a great product for the price and although the light could spread further, the wind from the fan can be felt in all corners of my room and is great for hot places. ... show more

I really like how cohesive this fan is. It's very sleek and doesn't seem bulky for the small room we placed it in. It's quite bright, but as with any overhead light, I personally barely use it. Which is why I wasn't that concerned about when it comes time to replace the light. I think if it ever burns out on me, I just won't use the light portion. But i doubt that would be a problem for years to come. It does have a remote control which is convenient and I suggest installing a remote cradle/hook for it so you don't lose it! You can flip the blades to be two different colors, which I thought was cool. It allowed for a bit of extra creativity with the space, but it'll stay the same color for the life of the fan. It really does great and installation wasn't too bad. I've replaced a few ceiling fans now and this one is just the same as the others, so there's no concern for any crazy specialized features. ... show more
