At first glance, the Hounberi ceiling fan box design screams cheap knockoff, but don't judge it by the box cover. This fan blows!!! It has six different speeds for the fan and setting it on the lowest speed it moves the air with force. Don't install it in a room where you have a bunch of papers lying around on a desk, instead put it in a room where you want air movement. It remains pretty silent on the higher speeds unlike some other fans and the remote control makes it easy to switch between summer & winter mode. The one downside is if you kill the power via a wall switch it clears the setting so it doesn't remember the speed & light setting you had it on, so if that is something that is important to you, then you will want to use the remote to turn it on & off. The remote is a bit odd in the sense that if you press the power button it turns the light & fan off, but pressing it again does not turn both of them back on, instead the power button on the remote is more of an "off" button and you have to turn the fan & light back on with their respective buttons.

Design and Material Benefits I am really impressed with this little but mighty fan. While the mainly plastic construction might seem less premium at first glance it is actually a massive benefit for a beach property. In coastal environments metal fans almost always end up rusting but this plastic design solves that problem completely. It is the perfect choice for high humidity areas where longevity is usually an issue. Performance and Features In terms of operation this fan delivers excellent airflow. With six different speeds you can easily dial in the exact amount of air you need. It is also packed with lighting features that are rare at this price point including variable light intensity and three different color temperature settings. The DC motor is very quiet making it ideal for a bedroom or living room. Verdict If you are looking for an economical but powerful fan that is naturally rust resistant this is a fantastic choice. It is low profile feature rich and performs much better than its compact size suggests.

This ceiling fan looks very modern and fits nicely in my bedroom. The low-profile flush mount design is perfect for rooms with lower ceilings, and the black finish looks clean and stylish. I got the Hounberi 46in Ceiling fan with Light to replace a small lightbulb fan. This ceiling fan is packed nicely. It comes with instructions, mounting hardware, blades, mounting plate, light module, remote and receiver module. One big advantage about this fan is that it's lighter than conventional ceiling fans with heavy light fixtures and wooden blades. Another advantage of this fan is the adjustable light feature from dim to bright. It also has a mountable remote caddy. One drawback I see is the light weight plastic. The plastic can easily break during installation if the mounting screws are screwed in too tightly. Giving a four star rating.

The media could not be loaded. For 50 dollars, this is a good fan. It was easy to install, with snap-fit connectors, a simple design, and a cable for hanging the fan, while you make the last connections to the house power. It has a brightness and hue adjustment on the light. My room is 11x11 feet, and it lights up the room well. It wouldn't light a large room though. The fan has 6 speeds and it runs smooth. There is also a holder with screw mount design. It works great to get the remote hidden in my closet. It also runs very quietly.
