This was a great buy at $300. I see the price has gone up, probably due to good ratings and high demand. However, there is no Bluetooth and no network card if you need to network with other computers at home. I bought a Bluetooth USB adapter and problem solved. Looking to see if I can also convert it to my network of computers at home. I don't use it for gaming but use it daily for work and almost anything I need to do. It is my favorite PC. I have had it for 3 and a half months and still happy with it. I also got the insurance since it is renewed. I highly recommend this PC. However, the price of it has increased by about $100 but it is still a good buy considering the i7-7700 with 4-Cores, 32GB DDR4, 1 TB SSD and Wi-Fi. It's pretty fast depending on your Wi-Fi provider. I don't know what the BT means in the description, but it does not have Bluetooth capabilities. Just buy a decent USB Bluetooth adapter. ... show more

This PC arrived a day early and was even better than I expected. Setup was super simple. I already have a Microsoft Account so once the PC updated itself out of the box, and I entered in the creds for Microsoft, I was off and running. The SSD make installing the extra software super fast. This PC will be absolutely PERFECT for my needs, which is live-streaming our church services. The Intel HD 630 onboard graphics processor will be perfect for streaming 1080p @ 30fps. Plus, this machine can also drive 3-4 monitors and it came with a bonus VGA port that I wanted, but didn't know it was going to have so that was a SUPER win. We have 2 monitors and a projector. This machine is beefy enough with its 32GB RAM and i-7 processor to run our Presentation software while simultaneously running OBS to stream out to Facebook and YouTube. My favorite part is that it did not break the bank. This is a budget solution that delivers perfectly and will function well into the future. 10 USB port with both 2.0 and 3.0 means it will be compatible with anything I hook up to it long into the future as well. ... show more

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. This says it has built in CD_RW IT DOES NOT, and after haggling with them got enough to buy an add on but that is more plugs and wires to have on my desk. And after spending lots of time downloading my docs, photos, apps, etc., and setting up this one. Yesterday it would not download a security update and a pop up said system would not support windows 11. So I called STG tech support and they said this computer did not support windows 11 that they used a bypass to put it on and that the system might not (well it didn't) allow updates to be installed or function normally and offered me a lousy $50 or return it and then have to wipe my docs and then do it all over again with another computer. They claim this is completely legal but if it actually is, in my opinion is it completely unethical and they should not be allowed to sell on Amazon claiming things have CD-RW when they don't and putting products on computers that will not function correctly. Have done more research and this is what I have found: This PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements for running Windows 11 - these requirements help ensure a more reliable and higher quality experience. Installing Windows 11 on this PC is not recommended and may result in compatibility issues. If you proceed with installing Windows 11, your PC will no longer be supported and won't be entitled to receive updates. Damages to your PC due to lack of compatibility aren't covered under the manufacturer warranty. By selecting Accept, you are acknowledging that you read and understand this statement. And, While technically possible using registry edits like oobe\bypassnro, using a bypass to install Windows 11 on unsupported hardware is not considered accepted practice by Microsoft. It is a user-driven workaround that risks system instability, missing security updates, and potential loss of manufacturer warranty support ... show more

I purchased this computer back in mid February and didn't have a chance to set it up until today. I've bought several renewed computers in the past and always had great results. In this case I originally thought I had bought an overpriced doorstop. I hooked the computer up to my network with an Ethernet cable and also used my wireless keyboard and mouse. The first five boot attempts ended in failure. It got to the blue screen asking what language I want to use and then encountered a critical error and needed to reboot. That was all it said and never did anything else. I decided to disconnect the ethernet cable and use the provided wired keyboard and mouse. Finally the boot order looked right with the BIOS first and then Windows setup. Initially I ran into an error message that Windows 11 needed to update, that seemed logical since it had been in a box for over a month that process failed the first time but succeeded the second time. So as of now it is up and running normally and living up to all the reviews of Windows 11. I can't put my finger on what the original problem was but hopefully this helps somebody.
