This is a good product. It shipped and arrived quickly. All of the pieces (and there are ALOT) were very well packaged. There were no scratches, chips or any other damage. There was a fair amount of wood dust in the box, keep that in mind when unpacking. It took me a little over three hours to put it together, not so much that it was difficult as it was tedious. As I said before, there are a lot of pieces. The instructions are a little confusing, especially the part when it said to glue your mother in law to the inside of the wheel, and the print is very light in some places. I highly recommend watching a youtube video before putting it together. My cat hasn't used it yet but it has only been one day so far. It is very large. Pros - well packed plenty of hardware, even extra pieces just in case the screwdriver is magnetic all of the holes line up and fit together perfectly good reinforcement for joining parts attractive when assembled Cons - the instructions are confusing, between the translation to english and the poor print quality of the instructions it is easy to put things together wrong the carpet and velcro for the inside of the treadmill doesn't quite go all the way around (see pic) your cat needs to be either heavy or very into it to get it to move (not necessarily a con) Overall, the cons are pretty minor. If your cat ends up using it then it is very worthwhile.

This product does not match the picture at all. The cat appears to be smoothly running on the wheel enjoying itself. Once I received the product and saw the gazillion wooden pieces (that took over 2 hours to assemble by the way) I knew this was going to be bad. But we decided to go ahead and put it together. It was very rickety, and my cat didn't take to it b/c of the noise. The best description I could give...if you've ever ridden on a wooden roller coaster, that is what this product is like for my cat. Extremely disappointed. Now I have an assembled product that I have no idea what to do with.

Like many others have pointed out, the instructions leave a lot to be desired. Especially step 18. That has got to be the wildest attempt of translation I have ever seen. Maybe it was thrown in as Easter egg? I guess we will never know. Having said that, the wheel came impressively packed in just a larger than normal box. Definitely a bit of heft to it, but overall, surprising at how a decently large cat wheel can be packaged together like this. And basically what that means is the package comes with a lot of parts. It's definitely no joke how many pieces there are, and realistically, if taking time to make sure everything is done properly -- and trying to figure out the instructions, it'll most likely take 2 to 3 hours to assemble. It's not so much the assembly itself is hard, it's just fairly tedious. The product does come with a little screwdriver, but if you have powered tools, I would hugely recommend you pull them out. Not only will it save a good amount of time, it most likely will save your sanity as well. With two people working on it, it's very possible to complete this under 2 hours. Might be a fun unique activity for a couple on a lazy Saturday/Sunday afternoon, putting together a wheel for their cat(s) to run in. The effort in putting it all together is worth it though. As the wheel seems to be well made, and though it's not quiet per se, it's not annoying or bothersome so. Overall, just happy that cat wheels are now available in this price range and getting to be popular for cat owners. It's not for every cat, but once a kitty figures it out, it's so endearing to watch him/her run on it, and sometimes talking at the same time. It's super fun and hilarious.

Well not all the predrilled holes were in every piece, The boards for connecting the ring only had pre drilled holes on one side. Not a major issue. But instructions are a pain, no joke "insert fixit into fixit then insert fixit." Glad there were some pictures. Took me an hour to put together. Not following the instructions would have been easier. Main problem is its kinda noisy and freaks out one of my cats.

This cat treadmill is a great way for your cat to get some exercise. Our grandson just got a kitten and wanted to make sure his indoor kitty, would get some good exercise. This treadmill is perfect just for that. It will take some time to train your cat (there are many videos on the web you should watch) but if your kitty takes to the walking, it would definitely be a great thing for its health. I would highly recommend this treadmill.

Easy to clean, even moreso because hair doesn't stick to it that much and it's not getting all scratched up like I expected. Good quality carpet. Low noise and good size

I never wanted to buy something as quick as I did when I saw this cat exercise wheel, I knew I just needed one for my cat Korra. It comes in quite a heavy box, So keep in mind you might need to have a second person around the help you bring this inside, as well as set it up as there are many various standing pieces that need to go together. Unfortunately, I haven't seen my cat use it yet as I don't think she quite knows what to do, but I will be trying to get her to use it and will update this review if I have any success stories or advice.
