This pan contains all the attributes of an egg pan I was looking for. Great non-stick properties. Covered. Clean insides with no rivets. The pan looks good and distributes heat well. Hopefully it has longevity. Infact, we tried to buy a complete set of Carote pans but have not been able to find a set with pans we need and like. Most sets contain big pots and pans that we don't need. We need the smaller saucepans and 10" and 12" fry pans.

This frying pan is beautifully speckled. It is a nice weight for it's size (10") and well balanced. The handles are really nothing like the pan and are not stainless steel. The lid fits well and has a vent hole. Oven safe to 400* wasn't tested, but it does a beautiful job on the stove top. Easy clean up. Pros: Looks nice Lid fits well Non stick finish cleans up nicely Balanced weight Cons: Speckled finish inside and out Handles don't match the pan

My husband and I are in love with this pan. It's light in weight, cooks without a lot of oil or butter, doesn't smoke at high temperature, is nonstick and exceptionally easy to clean! The price is reasonable too . What's not to love?

I had used a set of these pans in an airbnb last year and really liked them, so i ordered one to replace a teflon type pan that had scratched. I love how they look- simple and modern. The pan was wonderful. Very non-stick and very easy to clean. Unfortunately, my husband made some pancakes and must have used very high heat and stained the pan. still worked well but was stained. I contacted the company and they asked to see photos of the pan, which i provided. Right away they sent me a replacement, no other questions asked. I guess one should use medium or low heat when using the pans and make sure you put a little oil or fat in first before cooking. i would buy this pan again for sure.

I wish I would have bought a full set of these years ago. They are higher quality than the other non-stick pans I have tried for a very reasonable price. I've had this pan for almost a year and it's used several times a day and holds up well to handwashing and scrubbing as well as the dishwasher. Still nicely non-stick. It also doesn't appear to have a coating the wears off.

This is my fourth pan made by CAROTE. They all heat so evenly it seems remarkable! Easy to use, easy to clean, and none of them have warped in the time I've used them. The 10 inch size, the one that is reviewed here, is perfect for making a decent sized omelet. The smooth curve to the lip of the pan makes that final flip out of the pan so easy with minimal skill and effort. The lid fits securely and releases just enough pressure through the steam hole that allows food to be steamed without pressure cooking the heck out of it. Great design and manufacture!
