I’ve had these pans for a little while now and they are great. I love the fact that the handle is removable and they stack together to help save space. The only downside I have found to this product is the staining after a lot of uses, which doesn’t really compromise the usefulness of the product and I would still purchase again! Great quality, came with one handle like stated but it was cracked (still usable) just cracked pretty good. I contacted Carote directly and they sent TWO replacement handles and had it delivered in two days. Also, they let me keep the original so I literally will never run out. I have been on the search for a rice cooking pot that was bigger than 2 quarts. We sometimes like to mae a double batch and I couldn't do that in the 2 quart pot without it overflowing. This set was on sale for about $35 and I took a chance. The sauce pot is ABSOLUTELY the perfect size for double batch of rice. The pan cleans up easily. I was worried that too much steam would be released during cooking since there is a small hole in the lid for steam to release and a larger slot in the lid for the handle. This worry was unfounded. Rice turned out perfectly each time. Have recommended it to many family members since the purchase. Great as a first cooking set or if you are in a small space and have little storage. ... show more

Just wanted to give a true review on these pans. The removable handle burns easily if it’s too close to the heat. I over cooked a slice of pizza in the fryer and it left a faint black pizza shaped burn mark on the bottom that I can’t get out. When the underside of the pans get wet, you wipe off a grey/black soot that gets all over your hands and towels. Use paper towels or you will ruin your cloth towels. However nothing sticks to pan.
