Great new product. I've used this type of cookware before, and you have to take it easy with the heat and slapping cold food onto hot pots and pans. It ruins the surface. But if you take care of the product, it lasts a long time. I've lived in many houses, and nothing makes moving into a new house easier than having a boxed pot ware set like this. It has everything a young couple needs, or a single entrepreneur who is too busy with their new start-up for a partnership at home. Many people living alone right now, and there is nothing wrong with that. But having 52 different pieces for cookware and pots and pans is a mess. This 29-piece set has everything you need except plates and silverware. And an oven/stove, of course. The price right now is a sale price to make some sales and get some reviews, but I can guarantee you it will go back to normal sooner than you think. If you have a lot of people on your Xmas or Hanukkah list, or if you want to leave an impression for Zakat or Sadhaka, or if you know some kids getting married, or if you have a kid moving into their own first place, get one or more of these sets, leave them in the box, and give it as a present. Anyone you give this to is never going to forget it. If you miss the sale price at $69 (which is nuts and not too many people will score that), the regular price of $329 is good for an established brand. You definitely will get what you pay for if you spend all that even if this is not a known brand, but if you get lucky and see that $69 price, JUMP ON IT! As an update, we're having a lot of pleasure with this set. The pans are very non-stick and easy to clean. They do take a while to heat up and stay warm even longer. Make sure you wait until they have cooled off before washing. An amazing set.

I ordered the CAROTE 29-piece Ceramic Cookware Set with Detachable Handles, Kitchen Essentials, which are Non-Stick, Non-Toxic, and oven- and Dishwasher-Safe. It can be used for Induction, gas, electric, and grilling, as well as serving on the table, and storing in the refrigerator. I have another set of this Ceramic Cookware that I use at home. I ordered this Set for my small travel trailer. This Set has everything I need for cooking away from home. It's lightweight and compact, making it perfect for travelling. I have a gas stove and oven. The ceramic surface makes handwashing a breeze for me. The Set includes: 2 Silicone Oven-safe Mitts, in brown and oatmeal, not mentioned in the ad, 3 Silicone-edged glass Lids, in sizes 9", 10", and 10.5" with air holes, and easy-to-attach silicone-coated handles, 1 7" plastic storage lid, 4 Silicone Trivets, 2 in Brown, and 2 in terra cotta, 2 Skillets, 9" and 10", 6 Pot Protectors in assorted sizes, most likely made from Felt material, 2 Sauce Pans, 2qt and 4qt, 1 Saute Pan, 2qt and 4qt,, 1 Dutch Oven, 6qt, not mentioned in ad, 2 Magic Click Detachable Handles, 3 Knives, ceramic blades, silicone-coated handles, and silicone blade guards, 1 Plastic utensil storage bucket, 5-piece Utensil set, including plastic Potato Masher, silicone-coated Spatula, Tongs, Ladle, and Slotted Spatula. This brand never ceases to impress. I love this fabulous color for fall, it's like a pile of leaves or a mug of hot cocoa. The set came impeccably packaged, each individual piece wrapped in a protective cover/sleeve and separated by the felt pads you can use to store them without scratching the surface. The set includes several little extras which are a nice bonus, great especially if you're setting up a kitchen and need some of the basics. You'll find a few utensils, knives, silicone trivets, and silicone oven gloves, along with the protective felt pads and 2 detachable handles. I love this feature specifically since it's great if you have smaller storage spaces or overall limited storage. it's a very complete set, lots of essential sizes for everyday cooking, so I'd say it's a really practical purchase that's also just super stylish and pretty to look at. The healthier version of non stick coating makes me feel a lot better about using these (instead of just stainless which I know is great but I can’t seem to keep things from sticking), so they're a great update if you're looking for a replacement for older non-stick cookware. I have an assortment of Carote items and love using them all, with absolutely zero sticking no matter what I'm cooking. They are dishwasher safe, and on a couple of occasions I have run them through a wash cycle with no issues, no degradation of quality. But I do tend to hand wash all of my larger items, specifically pots and pans so I'll definitely continue doing that with this set, too. But it's nice to know the brand bills these as dishwasher safe to know you CAN do so if that's your preference.
