I occasionally need a torque wrench that works at lower values than the large, expensive one I've been using for years. Based on the positive reviews, I decided to give this one a try. I'm glad I did. It works wonderfully. The torque value is easy to set. I tested it against my other wrench up in its higher ranges and they were very close. It clicks noticeably - even at low settings - when the fastener reaches the set torque. I used it for my lug nuts but quickly discovered why it's so cheap. Good build quality just not very accurate compared to others. For the price, you cannot beat it. possibly the best super cheap torque wrench on Amazon. I upgraded to the ICON Split beam torque wrench from HF and it's more accurate but double the price. I love the durability and the ease of use in the design. The bright yellow writing agains the black handle makes seeing where you’re dialing in SO much easier. I use the to torque down drain plugs for oil pans, transmissions and differentials on semi tractors, works like a charm every time. Even putting it side by side with my coworkers snap-on torque wrench, it preforms like the big boys. I had a few bolts for my suspension rebuild that needed more than 150 ftlb that my other torque wrench just couldn't do. I couldn't believe how well it worked and felt through out the job. Now this is my go to wrench even for lug nuts that only need 100ftlb. It's long so I could apply more leverage to make it easier to torque down bolts. I love how smooth the torque adjusting portion is and the clicks are nice and crisp so you could feel it when the torque is reached. Mine came with storing case. ... show more

This torque wrench has a great feel to it. Mechanics can relate to what I’m saying. It has a firm grip, it’s easy to adjust the torque needed and the case protects your tool investment. Its accuracy is second to none. Oh, did I mention it’s a very nice looking tool?
