This is my first-ever brand new full cookware set, so I was already excited—but this CAROTE ceramic cookware set completely exceeded my expectations. First of all, it is absolutely beautiful. The color scheme is subtle and elegant—just the right touch of color without being bright or overwhelming. I’ve used the pots and pans a few times so far, and everything has cooked evenly with no sticking at all. The ceramic nonstick coating works incredibly well, and cleanup is so easy. I love that it’s healthy and non-toxic, made without PFOA or PFOS, which gives me peace of mind when cooking for my family. One of my favorite features is the detachable handles. You get two handles, and they’re super easy to remove, which makes storage a dream—especially since I have limited cabinet space. Being able to stack everything neatly is a huge plus. The set also includes a great variety of sizes, so I feel like I have the perfect pan or pot for every meal. I was pleasantly surprised by all the extras included too. You get silicone utensils, silicone countertop mats (so you don’t burn your counters), multiple lids that fit different-sized pots, and even fabric pan protectors to place between pots when storing so nothing gets scratched. I'm very happy with this Carote Ceramic Cookware Set. First of all, I can't believe how compact the entire set is. When the package first arrived, I though there was no way that all 25 pieces fit in that little box. But when I opened the box, I could see why. Since the handles are all detachable, everything else were stacked into each other neatly, like those Russian stacking dolls. This is very convenient if you have limited space or storage in your home. This would also be fantastic for RV van life. We got this in the Chocolate color, and the whole set is simply gorgeous. I love the floral detailing on the handles! I also love the functionality of this cookware set. Since the handles are detachable, it's so easy to transition from the stovetop directly into the oven. This was what I did the other day when making pot roast. I seared the roast on top of the stove first, then added the vegetables and other ingredients, then I transferred the entire pot to the preheated oven. Once it was securely inside the oven, I simply depressed the lever on the handle to detach it from the pot, leaving just the pot cooking in the oven. So convenient! And since this is nonstick cookware, washing is a breeze. These set also comes with pan protectors to prevent scratches when you go to stack the pots on top of each other.
