Oh how I love our new Carote cookware! We had just replaced our cabinets and put in drawers in place of the regular cabinet that had held our cookware. I was so tired of getting down on my hands and knees to drag out the pot or pan I needed! Without the cumbersome handles this entire cookware set fits neatly into one drawer! I had previously had a similar set, but with a light interior that discolored too easily. Knew the next set would HAVE to have a dark interior, and I love the beautiful exterior color! How glad I am I made the decision to buy them! I’ve only had the set about a week, but so far they have been all I could wish for! They cook evenly and clean so easily it makes clean-up a breeze! I make sure to only cook on medium heat and hand wash to keep all of their great quantities.

Wow. This is an impressive heavyweight set of cookware that is made well and with function in mind when they designed it. The pots are a good usable size with no overly large or overly small ones. The pans are functionally sized as well. It comes with two tops that fit multiple pots and pans, but there are a few that will not have a top. Keep that in mind if you expect every pot or pan to have a top. The removable handle is a nice idea. I thought it would be flimsy at first, but seeing it and seeing how sturdy it is when attached has removed any doubt. The added benefit is that you can attach two handles and place them wherever you need them. This works well when you are trying to pick up a full (heavy) pan to drain oil or water and it is cumbersome to hold onto it with both hands on one handle. The lid will accommodate the handle with a little cutout for it. Good non-stick surface. Comes with quite a few add-ons such as four piece silicone spatula/spoon set, as well as two silicone trivets. It also has a very handy silicon cover that fits onto one of the pots, so that you can store your food straight from the stove to the fridge. That does not fit into my cooking/clean-up plans, but I can see where this would be handy for some use cases. Also comes with four felted fabric protectors to place between your pots and pans to keep the scraping minimized while in the cabinet. They are well-made, sturdy, and very functional. Good value at the 50% off price that is listed at the time of this review - end price $99. The list price of $199 (which was the price when I got it) may be a bit pricey for what you get, since quite a few of the 20-piece set are trivets. handles, fabric protectors, and utensils. Seven pieces are actually the usable set. Five pots or pans and two lids. (The handles are counted as two pieces of the 20 piece set)

I am beyond excited with this titanium cookware set! It is beautiful, in a "gradient red" color and includes a five pots/pans and skillet combination, interchangeable lids, a stirring spoon, spatulas, trivets, pot protectors for the inside of the pots for safe storage, and more! (Whew! That was a lot!) The packaging was excellent. Everything arrived perfectly stacked, protected and organized. The handles were boxed separately for further protection, and I can see why - they are gorgeous! They're removable and can be placed on the different pots and pans as needed, which makes storage so easy. The pot protectors are provided to help keep them from getting scratched - so smart and thoughtful, and the glass lids fit securely on the pots. I am also impressed with the vented silicone lid that can be used to cover one of the pots with leftover food, allowing you to store it in the refrigerator without changing it into a different storage container. So practical and helpful. Now let's talk performance. The non-stick surface is smooth, cooking is effortless, and cleanup is easy without the need to scrub. Honestly, I've never seen cookware quite like this. - It's beautiful - It's practical - It's functional - It's easy to clean - It's easy to store - It's dishwasher safe - It's oven safe - It's refrigerator safe - It's complete - (with extras!) - It's reasonably priced 5-stars all the way. I am so happy with this set!

I was raised in a restaurant family and taught to cook on cast iron and Calphalon. To say I am a bit if a kitchen snob is fair. I never had any thoughts of a sub 100$ cooking set until…. I got an rv. Weight and size are the two biggest enemies of a well kitted rv. If you want a full set of cookware you need something that stacks. These pans are as good as anything else I’ve used. There isn’t a fully stackable method for putting these together. The 2 lids don’t nestle well with the pots so it’s not perfect. The removable handles however really shrink the footprint of this kit and make it a great small firm factor cooking kit. The walls of the pans are actually pretty thick. This is not a throw-away special. They heat evenly over gas and respond very quickly to temp changes. The nonstick is a fairly standard spearing coating and seems to work well. I would not use these for high temp cooking like a sear or broil so I guess one cast iron pan will remain. The removable handles have a metal end to protect from heat. The metal gets very hot and if you grab high on the handle you will burn yourself. Because they are nonstick they clean up very well. The extra pieces, silicone cooking implements, lids and hot pads are a nice touch. I’m glad I got this unit and know it will be a great addition to my rv kit. Well worth 99$. Probably not worth the lust price tho.
