Versatile, attractive set for cooking, serving, and storage. Handles work better than expected, but also easy to use without handles. I normally use high heat for boiling, so that’s been an adjustment. Takes up less cabinet space to store. I’ve only hand washed, use paper towels between pans when stacking, and no metal utensils, and so far, no scratches. They’re somewhat high maintenance in that regard, which I’m not used to, but hopefully they’ll last quite a while. ... show more

This is the second set of the Carote 11 piece cookware I have purchased! This by far one of my best Amazon purchases! I believe I originally saw a TikTok video of cookware with removable handles and I was instantly intrigued and began searching. I found the Carote set and it had a decent number of reviews and it was on sale so I figured why not… best purchase ever! The fact that I can remove the handle and take the pan directly from stove to oven is fantastic. The pans clean incredibly easy and they save so much space to store. I do hope in the future there is a larger sauce pan to go with the set. The top for storing in the fridge does bend a little and doesn’t give a tight seal but it’s great in a pinch if you don’t have much clean up time. I was so happy with this purchase i convinced my daughter to buy a set as well. The color matched the picture perfectly! Fantastic investment!! ... show more

Positives: Absolutely love this pan set, it is incredibly lightweight and entirely stain resistant. The nonstick feature also works like a dream. When cooking veggies the bottom of the pan begins to burn a bit but it doesn’t stick and can easily be wiped off. Negatives: They do heat up very quickly so you will have to adjust the temp you normally cook your meals with if you don’t want them to burn. The detachable handles have already begun forming flash rust at the gears so I’m wondering if they will break sooner than expected. My only complaint is that one of the pans arrives slightly bent but it doesn’t affect the performance. ... show more

Love this set - great price - doesn't take up a lot of space. We purchased this for the RV. Love the removable handles. So easy to stack and it came with felt pot protectors. Everything fits in the drawer under the stove with room to spare. Love the fact that they can go into the oven (remove the handle), or refrigerator with the flat cover. Please note: the flat cover fits great but just lays on top - definitely not leakproof, but serves the purpose. Found a great set that included the spatula and ladle/spoon. There are many combinations to choose from, so take your time to look at which would suit you best. ... show more

I had to order the biggest set after staying with my sister. I absolutely loved using her new pots and pans when I visited with her this past month!! While I stayed with her I also went to cook at my nieces how and they also had the same set!! Different color of course lol love how they are non stick and very easy to clean! I showed my mother in law who is Japanese and she said they are almost like how they have their pans in Japan! Removing the handle creates more space on the stove which is even better because I have a small stove and constantly cooking multiple things at one time! As soon as I arrived back home I had to purchase the biggest set and am so happy with them so far! The only downside is that not all pans and pots come with its own glass lid .. I will say it is my fault completely tho because I didn’t pay attention the specifications on different sizes of lids I’d be receiving with the order. But I do have lids from other pans already so it’s totally ok and still a great purchase.. one last thing is that when I cooked at my nieces place is that her handle seamed kind of loose.. I’ve been using the handle but also a pot holder in another hand so that I can carry most the weight on the underside of the pot and pan to ensure my handle lasts longer.. other that that my handles are perfect so far. Oh and one more note I can add is when I was cooking at my sisters I had forgotten to check my clam chowder and I thought for sure it had burnt but to my disbelief it didn’t burn at all it just turned a bit brown and actually made my soup so Much better!!     • Butter turns black

I'm kind of disappointed in these because everything seems to burn in it like just trying to melt a little bit of butter in a pan it turns almost black I've never had that happen to me in my entire life as long as I've been cooking for the past 56 years yes I have overcooked butter but it's never turned that color so fast even on low you have to really really really watch it and so it just makes me curious as to what is doing that I cannot afford to be throwing my food out so yes if I watch it like a hawk and wait for the butter to melt there very very slowly then it's okay cuz basically all I've been doing is boiling water on it so far and sauteeing things with water or oil but when I introduce butter it was very interesting to see it turned black but I do like them I like that you can take the hands off and you can put lid on it and use it for storage I do not like the handles I wish I could have gotten the gold handles wonder if there's any way to swap the lids out for the lids with the gold top handles I don't like the white ones I still haven't even put them together yet that's how much I don't like them ... show more
