Price per pound, this is a decent tool, costing considerably less than some other red tools available. I bought with the thought in mind that at the size of it thus square would likely be close to true 90 and it was when I referenced against known tools in my shop so alignment was good, there is no way of adjusting the alignment if you get one that is bad however. At 3.5 inches it is a bit small and will tuck away nicely and I'll probably spend 20 minutes looking for it when I need it. The measuring marks are all spot on as well which was great.

I haven’t had a chance to check it with my master square, but seems accurate. I really like the add-on square, however it makes it rather bulky for shop apron pockets. I’ll most likely change it to 5 stars after I get a chance to use it more

I tested this against other squares, my table saw blade, and band saw blade. Either this thing is square, or everything I own if off-square by the exact same amount. I think this thing is square. This tool looks good, it’s lightweight, and it’s aluminum instead of plastic so it’s not going to get bent out of shape easily. Functionally it’s great for marking wood for cutting straight or an angle or quickly verifying your blades are properly set to 90 degrees. The markings are etched and colored so the contrast against the red makes it easy to read. The included mechanical pencil is now one of my favorites in the workshop. You always have lead at the ready with a button push, it’s thin enough to get a mark in tight spaces, and has a built in sharpener on the end.
