Just wanted to say, the burning sensation does happen, however, it seems to be caused by consuming these on an empty stomach. I got myself a quick bite to eat along with this after feeling the burn, and it went away immediately after consuming some food. I see some reviews complaining about the burn. I take 2 and then have a meal. I have not experienced any discomfort at all.

I was recommended cayenne for circulation issues among other benefits. I can say that I’ve been taking these over a year now and they do help with the circulation I can have in my hands and feet. It does help with that and I will continue to use it for that purpose. Good herb to add to your diet. I wouldn’t take any more than one a day as you might get some burning issues.
