It came a day earlier than scheduled and when I got it, I was very suspicious. I had read some of the reviews and they varied from this being better than an otter box to being an absolute piece of crap, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. It feels very sturdy, and is a lot easier to open than a different one i got for almost double the price. My only issues with it are that the screen protector doesn’t feel very protective, and the fingerprint button cover makes it a little difficult for my phone to read my fingerprint. But even then I’ve just got to press it a few times and eventually it recognizes it so I’m not even super peeved about that. All in all, really good product, especially for the price! ... show more

This case totally saved my phone from ultimate destruction. Somehow I managed to leave my phone on the roof of my car before leaving a parking garage in Atlantic City. After departing the garage, I drove over a nearby bridge and heard “clunk” and “bang” and at first, I didn’t know what it was but I thought I saw a flash of blue. Apparently I did. The phone blew off of the roof, down the rear window, slammed into the trunk and onto the highway ON A BRIDGE. I had to hit the brakes, pull over, hit the flashers and try to figure out how I was going to walk back to see where it was without getting hit by a car. About 200 feet behind the car, I found the phone literally laying on the white dotted line perfectly. Thankfully no one changed lanes or drove over it and aside from the case being scratched, dented and chunks missing, it survived! THIS CASE SAVED MY PHONE and the nasty journey it endured from car rooftop to a 4 lane bridge in coastal New Jersey! I rarely leave testimonials but this case really did save the day and I highly recommend. I ordered another one once I got to my next destination and was happy to see that all my apps and services worked perfectly. This case is really nice and handles drops nicely, my only complaint is the screen protector, it’s hard to keep bubbles out of, makes the screen look grey, and doesn’t touch the screen fully so it makes a tapping sound when you press down on it, but if you cut it off and clean off the glue, the case is perfect ... show more

I bought this for my son, whom is young and his first phone. He’s slightly rough with his belongings. Button locations and camera lens holes allow it to be properly used. Seems to me to be sturdy and not cumbersome at all.
