This is a great pan! It cooks evenly. It is heavy and non- stick. It is beautiful to look at. It is our first choice when cooking and I put it on my stove to show it off. The packaging is WOW! I decided to splurge on those 6 months ago. They are expensive and do not hold a candle compared to $20 equivalent. We have followed all instructions and always cleaned them by hand. We have bought special products to try to remove the stains. They are sticky, impossible to clean and expensive. What a combo! I'm addicted, and can't stop buying Caraway products. My birthday is soon and my children also keep sending them to me after hearing about how much I love the 4 pc set I purchased. Clean up is a breeze. Water beads off of these like they have been treated with rainex. I have 13 Caraway pieces so far and they are beautiful, solid and hold heat at a lower temp. On a side note the lids are so solid I often joke you could use those bad boys as a shield in a sword fight or weapon of convenience should the boogie man break in while you are making dinner. Update: so I made the post to provide my review. After it, the company reached out to me to discuss options. They were very kind and solved my issue based on their own integrity. Not often do you find a company with values leading the way. I’ll give them another shot and Iearn what they had to offer in terms of usage and care. Thanks again!! Original post: So we got this just this summer. Non stick is no longer available. Everything sticks to the pan. Total waste of money. Works good for few months then does not. I cook because I have to. Typically, cooking is not an enjoyable activity for me after working all day. This pan makes cooking far more bearable. It's relatively light for it's size compared to cast-iron (my usual go to). I havent had any issues with food sticking to the pan and clean-up is quick and easy. Plus it looks good.
