Purchase one 10 X 12. It takes 2 or more people to assemble. Lots of parts but they all come together nicely. It took 2 of us and 2 ladders and 2 step ladders and bungees. A few of the roof pieces came with big digs and I went on to the amazon website and requested new ones and they were at my house in a couple of days. Once up it looks great and my wifes friends and neighbors all loved it! Be ready to take your time and follow the directions ... show more

This was the cheapest one I found on Amazon, but it is the same exact product as the airwire brand from a different seller that has a lot of reviews averaging over four stars. You can watch the air wire brand video instructions. It’s exactly the same. You have to be careful with the black screws. They only give you five extra and they stripped pretty easily with power tools so it’s best to use hand tools. You can use power tools until there’s a little bit of tension and then tighten with hand tools. The center frame appears a little crooked and hard to get in, but the company was responsive in sending another piece, but I did not end up using it because I grind it down a little bit to fit. Do not tighten the black plastic legs that the louvers bolt onto, there’s a reason there is no instructions to tighten them if they are tightened it will cause misalignment. I installed this myself took probably 8 to 10 hours mainly because I was being careful and using common sense. I only needed help from my son to link the big parts together, but once they were up, I finished everything by myself. It is actually very easy to assemble. I bolted it over 2 1/2 inch thick pavers which has aggregate base underneath (compacted soil, gravel, etc, per Engineering code) using 3/8 inch x 6 inch Simpson Titen HD concrete screws (the absolute best concrete anchors). ... show more

Can wait for summer!
Size: 10'x12' Set name: w/ Curtains & Netting
This pergola is so great! All 5 boxes arrived ahead of schedule in sturdy packaging. I have to admit I had someone out it together for me how had the type of drill and tools that would stabilize the pergola into my cement patio. Both guys had it up in about 3hrs. They've had experience building and putting these types of structures together so build times may vary. I love that the lovers work independently so one side can have fun while the other enjoys shade. The hand crank is smooth and easy to operate. The screen and curtins are perfect, offering privacy and cover from the sun's direction and protection from mosquitoes. I have then unzipped and tied back while not in use and it still has a beautiful aesthetic Overall, I'm extremely excited to get my backyard furniture underneath the pergola to enjoy my outdoor living space. ... show more

functional but not well built.
Size: 10'x12' Set name: w/ Curtains & Netting
once it was put all together it isn't remotely rigid enough to stand up to any type of wind, the hardware is low grade but the functionality and construction is ok. the only reason it isnt getting 1 star is it does work as intended. Now I have to fabricate gussets to make this thing strong enough to hold up long term. ... show more

Love our new Pergola
We love our new addition to our deck. I put led lights for added ambiance. The first rain and we were dry, the drainage system works as designed. The instructions were a bit confusing but we worked around it. Took us 7 hours to assemble it. We feel the pergola is well worth the price.
