The media could not be loaded. I live in a old farm house with no insulation so the kitchen just needs a little extra heat. This puts out ~11K BTU on low and max BTU is ~23k. It was easy to install and has adjustable feet - which is unusual for a pellet stove. I find it easy to use and clean. The app works, but I don't really use it. I don't use the remote either. It does come with the kit for the outside air intake, but you'll need to buy your own exhaust pipe. Overall it's small, is fairly lightweight and puts out a decent amount of heat. This little heater packs a punch. My husband installed in our garage. He can work out there comfortability without needing to worth so many layers. He wins... I win. Installed easily, instructions were easy to read, but not needed.

Lil thing CRANKS! Light enough I could get the box downstairs. Heavy enough not to shift about on its own. SUPER efficient. FYI: App is old and I had to side load it... App was the only way to switch from ECO2 to ECO1. If you're stuck on eco2 you'll constantly burn pellets. you can supposedly switch eco modes on the screen but I was unable to. Actual heat output is amazing, it radiates and blows well. No issues. ... show more
