Why did you pick this product vs others?: I absolutely love this showerhead! Even the packaging is so luxurious upon opening it. The showerhead is so nice and sleek and looks so nice in the shower. It is a great quality, durable showerhead. I love the scalp massage feature it has as well as the felt diffuser and aroma it comes with. It was super easy to install and has great water pressure. It is definitely worth the money in my opinion!

I can't return this very expensive item because I stupidly broke down and recycled its box and shipping box. This was created for walk in showers or for very very tall people. I'm short and senior, its holder doesn't have any flexibility to angle the water flow towards the middle of the tub/shower. It can budge about 1". I cannot reach the handle when it's in the stored position- unless I step onto the side of the tub and reach up or use a step ladder, neither is recommeneded. I tried juping up and down in an attempt to readh the handle and felt like a rookie Baller- not recommended for disabled or solo seniors with balance issues in porcelain (or plastic) tubs. I have a standard, built in Delta holder which has served us since 1988. I've changed many a shower head since 1988 by standing on the sides of plastic and porceline tubs. I graduated to standing on a step ladder which must be lugged folded, then unfolded and refolded to lug out bc it's too big to store in a medium sized bathroom and not recommended for a 71 y.o solo-Senior or for a DAP person. When the piece is stored in its included holder , the angle of the water is so severe that I had to stand too close to the tiled back wall. n place the water can't reach me without my standin close to the tiled, back walls. Larger bathrooms could probably store a step ladder to allow for easier reach of the handle. Which I would not recommend climbing for solo-senior. I tried leaving it out of its holder, hanging loosely against a porcelain tub- not one of the better recommendations made by a young and tall friend. That said: I'm stuck with another expensive ( $170) product which I can't use. Of course we tossed out the old setup and it's back to square one. Caveat: If your shower has a lower hanging, installed shower head holder it would help. This unit is best for a tall, fit and agile person. I love the smaller-sized concealed ,changeable filter - something that is no longer easy to find in a shower head with a hose.

I have been using the Shower Head & Scalp Massager for over a week now, and I honestly didn't know I needed it in my life. I’ve been using Canopy’s filtered shower head for about 7 months now, after moving to the city and dealing with all that hard and chlorinated water, and it’s honestly been a game changer for my hair and skin. I recently upgraded to the handheld filtered version, and it’s been amazing for wash days. The easy installation, super sleek design , and I just love knowing I’m showering with cleaner water. I went and saw my hairstylist after moving and she even told me my hair was looking very healthy in terms of damage from hard water! The subscription filter is a major win too, having them shipped straight to my door is so convenient and means I never have to worry about changing the filter. If you’re dealing with hard water or just want healthier skin and hair, I totally recommend Canopy. It’s 100% worth the investment!

I really wanted to love this showerhead — and in the beginning, I did. It worked beautifully & looked great! Unfortunately, after only four months of use, the shower-head developed a fault. The black piece became loose, causing water to spray out the side, making a mess and significantly reducing the water pressure where it’s supposed to come out. If this were an inexpensive showerhead, I would simply replace it. However, for the price tag, I expected much better durability. Also, Canopy doesn’t sell individual replacement parts, and the return/exchange window is only 30–60 days — meaning you’re out of luck if something goes wrong shortly after. I hope Canopy considers offering replacement parts or a longer warranty in the future to better support customers who want to keep loving their products.
