  • Works very well I would suggest anybody by this
Style: New Model
It works very well that was user. It is a very good printer copying machine/scanner. What I like is the top part where it scans both sides, very efficiently and quickly.

  • Arrived in Poor Condition and would not power on
Style: New Model
Arrived in Poor Condition and Completely Defective Review: The printer arrived in its original box, but the packaging looked old and worn — almost like it had been sitting on a shelf for months or possibly repacked. The plastic inside was wrinkled, which was the first sign something wasn’t right. When I plugged it in, the motor made noise, but the display never lit up and the machine would not start up at all. I contacted Canon support, and even their technician told me the unit was likely defective straight out of the box. On top of that, buyers should know that the seller only gives you 24 hours to drop the item off at UPS, USPS, FedEx, or another carrier once the return is approved. That is extremely inconvenient if you work or have limited availability, and it adds unnecessary pressure to an already frustrating situation. Very disappointing experience for a brand‑new printer. I’m returning it and hoping this was just a bad unit, but other buyers should be aware of the condition and the strict return window. ... show more

  • Love the Cannon imageClass MF 465 dw ll

Love this printer! I set my iPhone and this printer up for printing and it was so easy to do! This printer prints quickly and it holds a lot of paper.

  • Good quality and flexible
Style: New Model
Works well and deals with changes in Internet connection. I has a Brother that constantly required me to reset for internet connection. I am so glad I purchased from Amazon since they took back the Brother with no issues. Brother wouldn't even take back an unopened lazer printer ink. I like having Amazon to advocate for products that don't work. ... show more

  • Amazing printer! Amazing printer!
Style: New Model
This printer does a fantastic job at printing high quality images at a very hastily pace. The printer I would consider as “medium size” for a printer and does not take up much space. It makes the minimal amount of noise compared to other printers and it’s for a short period of time because of its hasty printing speed. You can either connect it to the internet through Ethernet cable or wireless, wireless in my case and I’ve never had any issues with the internet connection. I have yet to try the color printing version of the printer because this printer set only comes with black and white ink, but I’m sure it also does a magnificent job. With the sharpness in the images, I’m sure the color quality will be great. Overall, this printer is very very good, even if it a little pricey. You can even add users with passwords if you want to use it for office work ... show more

  • True Enterprise Networking Value Without the Predatory HP or Xerox Price Premium
Style: New Model
If you are handling hardware deployments for fast-paced office environments, you are likely exhausted by the restrictive subscription models and heavy premium pricing of modern HP LaserJet or Xerox configurations. The Canon imageCLASS MF465dw II offers a refreshing alternative. It delivers enterprise-grade networking flexibility and a incredibly low total cost of ownership without the typical corporate markup. SysAdmin Integration and Easy Networking From a deployment perspective, the network architecture on this machine is remarkably clean. Setting up a local Microsoft domain connector for direct scan-to-email routing is completely painless. The embedded web server allows you to quickly assign a static, whitelisted IP address. This makes it incredibly simple to pass secure outbound relay traffic through your local mail environment without fighting complex cloud authentication loops or firmware-level blocks. The networking stack is stable, holds its configuration flawlessly, and doesn't drop off the subnet during long dormant periods. Blinding Speed and High-Yield Toner Savings The performance metrics on this unit are highly impressive. It maintains a sustained 42 pages per minute output, handling large print queues without the typical mid-job buffering pauses that plague lower-tier office printers. Where this machine completely outclasses expensive alternatives from HP and Xerox is the consumable lifecycle: It natively utilizes the 070H super high-capacity toner cartridges. The high-yield "H" series drops your cost-per-page metrics to a fraction of competing enterprise models. It significantly extends your device maintenance intervals, meaning you spend less time swapping consumables. The Main Flaw: Touchscreen Responsiveness The physical hardware is solid, but the 5-inch color control panel has a noticeable usability quirk. The touchscreen lacks crisp capacitive sensitivity and often drops inputs if you try to use the flat pad of your finger. To speed up menu navigation or type network paths directly at the machine, you essentially must use a fingernail to get the pressure sensor to register an immediate click. It is a minor annoyance, but a clear cost-cutting measure on an otherwise stellar machine. ... show more

  • Buyer Beware. Unless you like Headache
Style: New Model
This printer is horrible as it would not connect to any of my wired computers or wireless devices and laptops. After spending upwards of 4 hours, I finally found a work around for the computer to print and scan with one of my computers. It printed fast and scanned faster. I really wanted to keep this printer but everytime it goes to sleep (and you cannot control this, at least I could not find a setting to disable) It loses the connection to my computer again. I have to unplug and plug the printer so it reboots and then that is the only time it will connect with my computer again. Good thing I was able to return to Amazon. Thank you Amazon I wasn't going to leave a review but the printer still has a 3.9 star review even thought it is filled with horror stories from a lot of buyers and is even flagged as a FREQUENTLY RETURNED PRODUCT by Amazon. So I thought I'd leave this review to set a better expectation on this printer. btw, I have 4 previous models of this printerr from Canon in service at our office without any problems but they are 8+ years old and is getting beat up that's why I wanted to upgrade to another Canon. Don't know why this newer Canon has so many problems ... show more

This is not an easy printer to setup for emailing a scan document but if you call canon support they help you step through the process and it only takes 10 to 15 mins. After that it is a great printer
