Your professional quality documents are printed at speeds of up to 28 pages per minute in black and white. Eco-conscious, duplex print saves you time, paper, and related costs, as well as limits interruptions. The tillable, 5-line display panel allows you to navigate through the menu easily. Increase your productivity with wireless connectivity, which allows you to print from almost anywhere in your home or office. The device also has built in Wi-Fi Direct Connection, enabling easy connection to mobile devices without a router. Print on-the-go using your compatible mobile device, such as Canon Print Business, Apple AirPrint, Morea Print Service and Google Cloud Print. Using the Canon Print Business app, you can also scan hardcopy originals. With capacity of up to 250-sheets, your paper handling requirements are covered. The D570 uses approximately 2 watts of energy in wireless, energy saver mode, helping you save money on energy costs. The single cartridge system combines the toner and drum into 1 unit, making replacement of cartridges simple. The D570 uses Canon Genuine Toner, Cartridge 137 (yields 2,400 pages, ISO / IEC Standard).

There is no Windows 11 driver for this printer. Works well on my other system using Windows 10. Definitely consider the product, but look for a more up to date version.

First let me say the printer is as described and came packed securely and undamaged. Second, set up was easy and fast for me as I don't use the WiFi network to use it I use a direct USB connection to my PC. I followed the instructions to the word carefully and loaded the CD into my W7SP1 OS and the printer was immediately recognized and ready for action upon plugging in and turning on. Third, for me the process of getting to printing was way to long. I had to go online to view the manual and open 3 tabs to get to my printer only to find that the operating instructions were almost like IKEA! Lots of pictures without much help where it was needed. After many attempts to self help myself to get the print darker and figure all of the other stuff out I decided to go to an online help forum. I then went to YouTube and those two things got me where I needed to be, and unfortunately Canon is lacking with fine tuning instructions as far as this printer is concerned. I haven't had to use tech support, I haven't scanned anything yet either and that is next on my list but the two sided printing is awesome, printing invoices from emails and online shopping works great and now that I found out how to adjust the print quality all of the prints have come out perfect. It holds a ton of paper, I don't have to purchase ink jet refills any longer, it is quiet and haven't had any trouble with the stand by mode at all as I shut it off every night and turn back on in the morning without incident. So, I have to thank my wife for finding this printer for us and I will update as time progresses and let y'all know how it goes but for now I highly recommend this printer. ... show more

It is easy to set up and works very well so far. I do wish the prints quality could be better but the scan does its work very well with quality computer image. The copy function is satisfactory. The price is right for this device’s functions and performance.

I had been putting off replacing my ink jet printer with a laser. I don't print very often & when I needed too, I had to perform the ink jet maintenance procedure to get a decent printout. Well, I never printed anything out in color & the maintenance procedure would just eat up my color inks. All I needed was a monochrome laser printer for my needs & this Canon Image Class was perfect. It's fast & scans quickly, too. The instructions were vague picture images with no text explaining procedures. I was most concerned with installing the toner cartridge, but, I found helpful videos on YouTube (couldn't find a video for this exact model regarding toner installation but the others found for a similar model was helpful). Starter toner cartridge is said to be good for 1,500 pages. I use a printer cable & have not attempted a WiFi connection. I did not rate Tech Support because I had no issues. I should have bought this printer long ago instead of buying ink for my old printer. With as much money I had spent on replacement ink, I could have bought 3 of these Canon printers. ... show more

I called Canon Support and they said that the Canon drivers have not caught up with Apple's new os roll outs. I may have to wait 3-6 months for Canon to catch up. In the meantime, I have to wait hours for a print or unplug printer and plug back in for a print. Just FYI.

Because of problems I had installing a printer in the past, I followed the enclosed directions and waited to plug in the USB printer cord until I had installed the software on my computer. (I had all kinds of problems installing my previous Canon printer, but I didn't read or follow directions.) This printer ran like a charm as soon as I plugged in the USB cord. The print quality is sharp and professional. It prints quickly, and it's easy to take the toner in and out. The scanner bed is bigger than all of the comparable printers I saw in our local office supply store. No problems whatever yet. A wonderful little printer. What's not to like? I was told this printer was on backorder and would ship out until the following Friday. Lo and behold, it came on Monday of the same week instead, way ahead of schedule! That could have been a problem because I was not warned of it being out on delivery and I had an appointment somewhere else that day. Everything went okay, but just FYI, you might want to see if you can get confirmation about when it will be delivered ahead of time. Packages get stolen off porches here in some areas. ... show more
