Purchased this chair for my elderly father whom is now on Peritoneal Dialysis that I administer at home. Laying in bed makes it hard to drain if he is on his side. As a side sleeper your entire life it is hard to adjust to any other position. Anyway, I purchased this chair to see if it would help him and it has been a lifesaver so far. He can sleep comfortably while his dialysis is in process. I noticed others commenting on the massage not being the best, but I think its all about your expectations. It is not meant to be a professional massage chair/table, it is a basis massage just like one of the individual mats you'd buy for a chair. The lift operates just fine, we haven't had to use it much as he does still have some mobility. The material is nice and you would be able to wipe anything off if you got to it quickly. If that were an issue I would suggest spraying Scotchgard on it prior to using it. I placed a "Pet" cover on this one just in case. I had to contact customer service regarding delivery as it said it was out for delivery for a week after it said it would be delivered. The chair had shipped Fed-Ex, not Amazon. Then I found out that Fed-Ex put it as delivered the week prior and it had not been. Customer service said they would try to do what they could from their end and if they could not locate it they would send me a replacement chair. Suddenly the next day the chair finally arrived. So I found out that apparently Fed-Ex also uses a third party company to help with their deliveries as well. So be mindful of that because the company's Customer service is fabulous and they shipped it sooner than it stated, Fed-Ex was the problem. I am now thinking Ill order another one for dad's room.

I can tell you this chair is very nice I have had multiple times I've had to contact the seller due to an issue with the product. They have been very easily accessible and have met my needs thus far. I like that it has a long warranty I also extended the warranty through the Amazon warranty option. Warranty covers amazing things for easy coverages and repairs replacements. I have gotten a new power cord as well as a new remote control. I can say that the leg rest on the chair does have a little bit of issues with the fabric at times. Cup holders are amazing that they go in and out. For somebody that has a back issue it's a little difficult to lean forward to reach your cup if you were in a full back recline. So you would have to raise your incline to go back into the full seating position in order to get something from your cup holder. I do like that they go inside the chair for easy storage. They glide in and out extremely well. The Assembly of the chair was very easy to do a little on the heavy side but as expected with a full metal frame. I purchased this chair as I was having a hysterectomy. And it would make my surgery recovery easy. Great for somebody with back issues. Not the most comfortable chair to try to sleep in as it does not recline far back enough to be laying down in the sleeping position. But it is very comfortable to be on. Everybody that has set in this chair enjoys it. The massage is so intense that it will actually shake your floor. It is on the loud side I can hear it running outside of my house. Which is not necessarily a bad thing just means that it works very well and gives a good massage. The heat on the chair also is very nice not overly hot so no worries about burning yourself. But enough to alleviate your back pain. I wouldn't change a thing about this design. Definitely recommend it it is heavy duty and durable.

Bought for my mother and it’s gets daily use. We’ve had it for about 6 months and she utilizes it all day long. This was a great price for something she uses and enjoys. Chair is comfortable and was easy to put together. The directions are there, just packed in with the chair. Very sturdy, fully adjustable from lay flat to standing her almost upright.

Comfy, hubby loves the massage & heat. Lifts and reclines great. My only peev is the cup holders always stay open when going forward, which can make it a little difficult if transferring to a wheelchair or something.

I purchased this recliner six weeks ago, hoping it would be a solution for my severe back injuries. The first two weeks were lifesaving, it was incredibly comfortable & seemed perfect for my needs. But after that, everything fell apart. I came home one day, sat in it, and it just stopped working properly. As someone who relies on an elevated position to relieve pressure on my spine, this chair was supposed to be a lifesaver. Instead, it’s been a complete nightmare. For four of these six weeks, the chair has been unusable. The customer service from this company is hands down the worst I’ve ever encountered. After a week, the chair stopped working, and I spent four weeks desperately chasing support. They sent me a part that didn’t even fit after I asked for confirmation three times. I was promised a callback in 24 hours—it’s now been four days. The phone number on their website doesn’t work, and all my emails and website contact attempts have gone unanswered—even after involving Amazon. If I could give this zero stars, I would. I absolutely cannot recommend this chair or this company to anyone.

My specific tools sent from the King himself had never arrived to my three tired tower by thee after being summoned for the 4th of the full moon. However my tools had FALSLY arrived on the 3rd of the full moon of which was ONLY according to CANMOV (The Lord of the Dark), as well as FEDEX "The Lazy" too. The Prophecy was actually INCORRECT!?!? After extensive spiritual research via my book of texts (my phone), I found a working chant to rectify this indulgence of blasphemy with a "REAL" spirit! Well, not exactly... These "people" are from the "other side" of the realm, thus, have no real souls. They won't eat swine while I slaughter for consumption. They wish to bathe in nutritious cows milk, as I churn to create butter for my bread. in the mornings When they marry 9yo litter kids! Now I want to use the all-mighty-force to rid them from this world. There is NO room for these sadistic acts within OUR realm!! BEGONE you heathens!!! Go back to your sadistic worlds! After my teachings from a good-witch upon my journey (google searching) combined with the old book (my phone), I had found the answer!!!!! (Provided combination thrice - (1 (*2*) 41*- 3*23 ( * = Sign of the Beast)), ONLY then, I was able to finally reach a "living' soul". Will it ACTUALLY be living is what ponders my mind....... After such, I await for a summon. Alas, a sign comes from within a form of spiritual sound (phone ringing) After the numerical chant, I had to leave a spiritual message via outer realms (voicemail). Do NOT mention at any time, under any circumstance the dreaded words "warrantee." The Lord of the Dark (CANMOV)) does NOT like the mentions of these words. Your may as well give up your first born to go any further from here... You will NEVER receive a summons again. EVER!!! (They block your number) If you attempt this peril quest... You've been warned! AFTER the numerical chant x3, I had to save the unholy verse (number) upon my book (phone). THAT same chant of numbers will be considered as SPAM if not complete when CANMOV (Lord of the Dark) calls back. However, since I've trapped his dark soul (phone number), into my textbook (phone), now I'll be able to recognize of whom is calling for thee!. So it is as to my own wish to answer, or not when the bell tolls... (phone rings) Once I'm summoned, I speak to one of the Dark Lords minions, (I could BARLEY understand with their thick Pegan dialect, combined with my tinnitus to boot) I was only offered a barrage of questions I could barley comprehend between one and the other. I was being hit left to right with gibberish, non understanding languages from 459 BC. My personal teachings did not help. I would only be able to yelp with strain, "what did you say? "I'm sorry, I do not understand you!", "please slow down", as well as a faint cry of "what was that last part of which you just said?". I knew at that point the end was near. And I, Son of FU, was about to come to an end.... The spew of non-Christian English was overcoming me. It was as if they were speaking in tongue. I'm ONLY then provided a sketch of a false narrative via FEDEX "The Lazy!", of which I had never been able to obtain... "till now. And yet, to no surprise, I was provided false rainbows, unicorn farts, and.... Sydney Sweeny! The photos appeared to be from another tower of our great kingdom. Just not mine... Until after reaching the TRUE lord, and God himself (Amazon Customer Services), was I able to extinguish this beastly realm! With my faith within the TRUE Lord, I was able to see my quest continue further. Twas told I'll receive the once almost forgotten tools originally sent on a quest for. Though the quest has had it's perils,, I have trust within our Dear Lord Amazon Customer Service! However, great justice when overcoming the Dark, will always prevail if only you have faith, and understanding in the greater power! (And Prime) Thank you Amazon. Keep up the Customer Service!!!!
