I love this chair. It is super soft and comfortable. It has a metal cup holder at the base of each arm. The material is very plush. It reclines nicely and the remote control is very easy to use. Assembly only took about 20 minutes, but you may need a bit of help lifting the heavy pieces. Mine is a brownish, grayish color. I love sitting in it every chance I get. The size is bigger than some recliners, but not excessively big. Anyone who orders this chair will not be disappointed. The price is amazing for such comfort and style. It is functional and practical. For all of these reasons I highly recommend it. See image.

I can tell you this chair is very nice I have had multiple times I've had to contact the seller due to an issue with the product. They have been very easily accessible and have met my needs thus far. I like that it has a long warranty I also extended the warranty through the Amazon warranty option. Warranty covers amazing things for easy coverages and repairs replacements. I have gotten a new power cord as well as a new remote control. I can say that the leg rest on the chair does have a little bit of issues with the fabric at times. Cup holders are amazing that they go in and out. For somebody that has a back issue it's a little difficult to lean forward to reach your cup if you were in a full back recline. So you would have to raise your incline to go back into the full seating position in order to get something from your cup holder. I do like that they go inside the chair for easy storage. They glide in and out extremely well. The Assembly of the chair was very easy to do a little on the heavy side but as expected with a full metal frame. I purchased this chair as I was having a hysterectomy. And it would make my surgery recovery easy. Great for somebody with back issues. Not the most comfortable chair to try to sleep in as it does not recline far back enough to be laying down in the sleeping position. But it is very comfortable to be on. Everybody that has set in this chair enjoys it. The massage is so intense that it will actually shake your floor. It is on the loud side I can hear it running outside of my house. Which is not necessarily a bad thing just means that it works very well and gives a good massage. The heat on the chair also is very nice not overly hot so no worries about burning yourself. But enough to alleviate your back pain. I wouldn't change a thing about this design. Definitely recommend it it is heavy duty and durable.

On customer service: I ordered this chair last week because I was coming home from the hospital and needed a place to sleep that was more upright than a bed could allow. Shipping times had it arriving several days after I got out of the hospital. I emailed the seller and explained the situation and asked if it was possible to expedite the order. They replied right away indicating that they would do everything they could. Lo and behold, the chair arrived yesterday instead of sometime next week. On the chair itself: All 3 boxes arrived together. Assembly was super easy, though it may take two people - especially when it comes to attaching the chair back. My husband and son had it put together in about 15 - 20 minutes. The chair is very sturdy and plush. The reclining/lift mechanism works perfectly and the chair is very comfortable. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because: a. If you're tall, your feet and part of your lower legs will hang off. I'm 5'9" for reference. b. the massage points in the leg rest could stand to be a little more powerful Other than the above points, the chair is phenomenal.

I love the look & lifting features however the vibration mode only worked for 3 months, I thought it was the remote however after getting a replacement remote the vibration mode still does not work. I miss that very important feature.

The worst mistake of buying this recliner, was after 2 weeks the electricity went out that controls the reclining, the stand-up motion, I bought it because I wanted something comfortable after my major surgery and it failed me also sitting in it after a while it very uncomfortable because you feel all the electrical in the sitting area and its been a nightmare to get my refund back
