Cover came well packaged with typical dings from UPS so not sure if damage was done in shipping or at manufacturer site. Regardless, the damage isn't enough for me to go through the hassle it would take to repackage and send back. Wasn't difficult to install and comes with spare hardware. I purchased this tonneau cover for my 2023 Toyota Tundra 6 months ago and the finish is flaking off. I have reached out to MOSTPLUS twice through Amazon’s support link but have not received any response.
