The company did a great job in responding trying to figure out what the issues were and at the end of the day I had to send out a new unit because of the E1 issue, I would recommend this product 100%. Bought 3 water heater and all 3 have the same E5 error. I bought my first one it work fine for couple days and stop working and show up E5 error what means some problem wit fan blower. I returned and they sand me a new one. Again after couple months stop working again. I bought another one due to I was in the camping site and it is the only one that’s could be delivered on next day. And for no surprise my third one stop working too wit E5 error code. Now I’m buying another brand what I should be did on my first time. I lose $600 box because now I can’t return this piece crap anymore plus all the time I spend changing it on camping site. My friend has the same problem non his unit as well. Again don’t waste you money

Amazing seller. We did have an issue with one unit but they came through for us. This works amazing. Endless hot water in an RV. Definitely need to find a way to drop your gray tank because it will fill up if you're hooked to city water. This is probably one of the best upgrades to any trailer or RV. Amazing product! If you read the directions and do it right everything works perfectly. The water is constant and a great temperature. Quick to heat up and stays the same temperature clear through the shower. Thank you so much for this product and the price point is great

Got the product on thursday for my Tiny house on wheels. The manual was easy to read, overall pretty quick and easy to install, and im happy with it. However, my sink is about 5 feet away from the heater and it seems that it never gets hotter than luke warm or takes 40 seconds or so to warm up. The instructions don't really tell me how to use the water pressure knob in the heater itself and i have the remote set to 124F. Wish it would get hotter faster and just get overall hotter.

Sort Story, our water heater died Thursday night I ordered on the camplux Friday delivered on sat! Install was pretty straightforward only hiccup was I had to rework the existing water lines to accommodate the new water heater. Gas line and water lines were the same as a dometic 6gal. Having the access I had made install easy. Unit turned right on and worked right away. I'll update this review as time goes on.

I've had this installed for 6 months now And now it does not work when I first installed I got an E1 code called tech center they were of no help when I found out what E1 was I was able to correct my install and it worked fine so that was on me now I am getting an E5 code and the fan does not work it wont ignite and heat up Its dead called the tech support and again slow to no help they kept putting me on hold or promised to call back I had an RV tech here to try to fix it at there rate per hour it was getting so costly it would of been cheaper to buy an upgraded water heater at the end of the day it just cost me money with no working heater it wasn't until I wrote a really bad comment that the company decided to do anything they decided to replace the unit and I was pleased. Installs I can do. Repair I cannot. I couldn't figure out why it didn't work I just know when the wife isn't happy no one is. This new one is working fine I'll update 6 months from now to see if this one holds up. there service department could be more fourth coming with all the reasons an error code would exist not piece meal one at a time with hours in between possible solutions as I was paying a tech for those unuseful hours. plus I'm getting a new tech one should have more knowledge if they claim they can fix anything RV. so I'm glad its replaced and is working as it should but so was the first one when installed I'm glad they did not charge me for a new one but I was willing to pay for any parts needed so I up the stars they wanted a 5 star rating but with the issues I had I wont give them that

After numerous attempts to resolve an issue with my Camplux water heater after receiving an E5 error and the exhaust fan motor went out during our first camping trip after having it installed, I'm left with no choice but to express my frustration publicly. The customer service experience has been abysmal. Representatives Jennifer and Patrick seem to be trained to give customers the runaround rather than actually resolving any problems. On multiple occasions, I felt like the aim was to get me off the phone rather than to help me. They will “Get back to you after escalating your ticket to another department who will email you”. This will never happen and I don’t believe they have multiple “teams” as say say over and over to get you off the phone. Additionally, there's a concerning lack of transparency about the company's location. Despite claims of being based in North Carolina, interactions strongly suggest that their operations are run overseas, which may contribute to the disjointed support experience. If you ask them “Where are you currently right now?” They will indirectly answer the question and say the company is based out of North Carolina with a very heavy accent from the Philippines. This deception about their location raises questions about their honesty in other areas of business. After at least 10 phone calls and multiple back and forth emails and having to prove my unit was faulty with multiple videos , explanations of troubleshooting steps, and pictures I was still left frustrated with no answers. It's disheartening when a company fails to stand behind its product. Therefore, I cannot recommend Camplux to potential buyers. Please consider other options if customer support and integrity are important to you.
