That was all they needed to be work ready. They come with a protective polish. This will rub off on fabric so wipe it down with the included cloth. The insole is very comfortable. I see there is a multipiece insole which has a removable insert to expand the width from d to ee. I measure an e width but did not need to remove the insert. Innovative speed lace design. The boots themselves are okay, still pretty stiff but it will be like that. But the fabric used on the tongues is very weak. It snapped the 4th day I had them.

My husband says the boot is just too heavy for his taste, otherwise very comfortable, durable, feel good, just clunky feeling. True to size. He exchanged for the regular toe.

Bought these for my husband and he LOVES them! He said it’s like walking on clouds. He complained about his feet hurting every day with other work boots but has not complained 1 time since he got these. Do not hesitate, buy them, they are definitely worth every penny
