Eyebrows, eyelashes, and the hair at the front of your head take some time to grow back. Remember that the first time you light up this rig. Pay attention to the warnings to not stand OVER or IN FRONT OF this unit when lighting it up. I live in Jacksonville, Florida. If you're not familiar with this city in the United States, know that it overlaps climate zones 8 and 9. It's warm/hot in the summer months, without the humidity normally associated with Southern Florida cities. In winter months, though, it can swing wildly between FREEZING temperatures one day, and summertime temperatures the next. I've seen 60+degree temperature variations from one day to the next while living here. I love to hang out on my screened-in rear patio. Have a nice wood behind the house, so pleasant night-sounds year-round, but on those crazy nights in December - February when the temps dip down into seriously cold temps, this rig has made it VERY comfortable. I feel it's pretty efficient with its use of propane, and while it is designed to be a radiant heat projected outward to the front, a significant portion of heat does escape upwards. But, when I consider the cost of this unit vs. the cost of units that look like something you'd see at a restaurant, I'm more than pleased with the heat output from this device. But again, pay CLOSE attention to the safety warnings about not standing in front of or over this unit when lighting it up. Other than that, VERY pleased with this device and highly recommend it.

They are returning our money so they are correcting the problem.Will not stay lit. Would have returned it but didn't try to use it until after return date. I bought as gift for my husband so really upsetting. We contacted the company and they said send video and purchase proof and address. We did that and still no answer. If they correct the problem i will change review but at this point it will be getting warm enough to not use for another year. Watch what company you buy from.

Heater is not even three months old it is falling apart. The wires are falling out of it, and only one of the two heaters works. The other one will not light now as most of the wires have falling off the burner. What a piece of trash.
