I watched so many Youtube review videos before deciding to purchase this. It is AWESOME. You can adjust the smoke level, you can add in wood chunks or charcoal so easily, and it's SOOO quiet!! First thing we had off it was a rack of ribs and they were delicious! Super clean smoke taste! It's great having the sear function on the side as well. Super convenient. Love the wheels, makes life easy! I could not believe how quiet it was. Very little smoke escapes this machine. The gasket around the lid really seals it in place. ... show more

Although it took 3 individuals, the setup was very easy as each step was clearly labeled on the hardware bags.

I have a Traeger, junk. I also have an Asmoke for the motorhome. The Camp Chief is excellent. Easy to use controller and it keeps temperature.

    • Wait until they get it designed properly
Loose bolts floating around in pellet hopper. thank goodness I found them before they went into the auger. Other assembly instructions are not correct. It seems they are making design changes uncontrolled leaving the buyer with the wrong hardware. The manufacturer does not staff a support desk so you have to send emails and hope they respond within a few days. I was hoping this product lived up to the hype but it hasn't so far. ... show more
