I recently installed this smart lock on our back door, and I'm quite impressed with its performance. The HD camera provides clear video footage, and the fingerprint reader works flawlessly for unlocking. The lock offers multiple ways to unlock, including user codes and app control, which is very convenient. Although setting up user codes is done through the lock itself rather than the app, it wasn't too complicated. The installation was straightforward, especially with the helpful YouTube tutorials. I can see where some complain about the app, but everything I use it for works well. Keep in mind it only works with 2.4Ghz, I'm thinking the ones with issues have mixband or 5Ghz. Overall, this smart lock is a great investment, offering excellent security features and convenience for accessing your home.
