These are heavy. No, stuff doesn't run between the glass and metal rim on the lids. 🤦♀️ No, you don't have to soak these in water for them to be non-stick. 🙄 Yes, they can be non-stick, if you know how to use them. (Heat the pan first, then add your food. Once the side of food touching the pan is cooked, it will release from the pan bottom. Yes, some fond will be left behind, but that's really just gravy isn't it? 😂) These heat fast and evenly. They go through the dishwasher like a dream. All that being said, I LOVE this stainless steel cookware set and will never go back to ceramic or any other non-stick variety. Not only do they cook fabulously, they are sleek! Best buck I've ever spent on cookware!

These pots are worth the splurge. I have cooked with a lot of pots these “premium” are the absolute best. Nothing sticks, evenly cooks and very high quality makes these my go pots. I bought one premium not the classic and it was my favorite pot. When I saw this set on sale on Amazon I jumped at the chance to get them. The pots were packed well and arrived in tact. They look good too. I absolutely love these pots.

The pans themselves are fantastic! They stand up to the hell my family puts them through and are easy to clean as long as you don't treat them like non-stick. (Heat them up before the food goes in and know that if something is cold before it goes in the pan, it WILL stick--this is standard for stainless cookware.) My problem is with the lids. They are glass wrapped in metal and fairly durable. But steam and grease and other stuff that happens to get on the lid while in use runs down the glass and between the glass and metal and there's no way to clean that. I would give up glass lids to have lids that are easy to clean.

We love our new stainless! Food tastes better and is more fun to cook than on our old nonstick. Heating is very even. Foods we used to cook on medium or med-high now only require low or medium. I love the sizes in this set, the 12-in pan is a must for family of 5 and guests. They are nice and thick and we haven't had any warping except the saute pan but that was our fault (preheated on high on electric stove which will warp anything). I hammered it back into shape with a rubber mallet, so they are tough. Glass lids are kinda fun—you can watch the food cook or popcorn pop. They don't reflect the heat as well, something I noticed if cooking burgers or grilled cheese with the lid on. We put them in the dishwasher and haven't had any problems. The dishwasher does nothing for burnt/stuck food, so beware if you're used to just throwing your non-stick in without prewashing.

Wish I had the before photo. I was steaming sweet potatoes when we smelled burning. My brand new pot was ruined, or so we all thought. It was burned bad. REALLY BAD!! My husband found a method to clean the pot using lemons. Cut 3 or a lemons, check, we have a lemon tree, fill pot with water, check, we have water, and boil for five to 10 minutes. Didn't do a whole lot on its own, but the wooden spoon helped scrape some off. My husband used Bar Keepers Friend and after about 20 minutes with one if those sponges with a scrubbing side declared the interior clean. I finished scrubbing the bottom of the pot and the lid. Looks like new. Can't figure out why people can't clean these pots and pans. My previous pots and pans were 40+ year old Farberware that still looks great. Got a new induction stove and needed new cookware. I would not hesitate to recommend these as long as you will take care of them. Stainless is the best and this brand is great. I bought additional pieces. So happy.

*Update*. After owning this cookware for only half a year, a few of the pieces ended up warping and since there isn’t a way to dry between the riveted handles connecting to the pans, there gets build up there. now i take very good care of my cookware, not cooking on high heat, cleaning with bar keepers friend after cookware is cooled and treating with care but my sauté pan and even my large 6qt pot ended up warping and they don’t sit flat and my sauté pan spins. given how much this set it and due to the fact that it’s stainless steel, it is very disappointing and it sure doesn’t help realizing the cookware is made in china. don’t get me wrong, the cookware cooks pretty well and i’ve had no issues with cleaning but warping shouldn’t happen and i don’t really recommend this set if you’re getting very serious with cooking and wanting something that will last a long time. i do think it’ll be good for those new to stainless steel and wanting to test out the waters per se. definitely upgrading to all-clad. This cookware set was absolutely worth every penny spent. As i just recently moved out and have been able to cook more and wanted to take it more serious, i decided to go ahead and get a nice set for myself and im enjoying using it so much. The stainless steel was definitely a step-up from non-stick i had been using, and although it does require a little bit more cleaning especially to keep its shine, i believe it’s definitely worth it. (keep in mind to those who want to purchase, i highly recommend bar keepers friend cleaner with some good sponges and stainless steel scrubbers on hand for great cleaning and to keep your cookware shiny. when cooking, make sure you always preheat your pans first and a little tip when searing; the meat you sear will be ready to flip when the bottom of it is nicely seared, DONT move whatever you’re searing until the bottom is seared or else it will stick. hope this helps!)
