These are high quality pots and pans. They are appropriate sizes for everything from pancakes to a big pot of soup. (I bought separately a matching pot with steamer and pasta drainer to fill out the set.) They are a little heavy, especially if you are used to anodized aluminum or single thickness stainless. They heat up quickly and consistently on my natural gas range. (I haven't tried baking with them yet.) They work on my son's induction range. I've had no problem cleaning them (except around the rivets are a bit of a pain). I prefer washing them by hand, but they are dishwasher safe. The stacking tabs allow them to align and not get stuck together (there's a small gap all the way around). It takes me a minute to get them aligned properly. These are generational pans - not like the inexpensive non-stick ones I used to have that wore out and were disposed of after several years. I feel it is worth the investment. ... show more

These are beautiful and boy do they work. I love cooking but didn't want to spend $1,000+ for "professional " cookware. The stackable feature is great and they take up much less room than I expected. Cleaning them is easy and come out of the dishwasher looking like new. Best is how they cook. Heat up quickly and evenly, I've had no sticking issues, and they hold heat well. They aren't as heavy as cast iron but they're sturdy and have some heft to them. The handles are comfortable, which is something I always look for. Highly recommend! ... show more

These are an investment, but also a game changer. We switched from non stick pans to these, but I was very hesitant because I didn't want to mess them up or get food stuck to them. I watched a lot of videos, and started out slowly. You have to make sure you heat the pan properly before cooking. Throw a dash of water and make sure it beads off to the sides, then turn the heat down and add your food. Oil them every so often. It is the first time I've ever cooked eggs without them sticking. This set was way cheaper than it was on the actual website, so we saved alot of money buying on amazon. I love that these stack for easy storage, because we have a tiny kitchen! These are also dishwasher safe, and the lids being compact, fit great. The only thing I cannot testify to is using metal utensils on them (which they say you can), but I would be too scared to even try. Other than that, I 1000% recommend these! ... show more

Definitely these are not no-stick , everything sticks no matter how much oil. I also wanted to buy a matching small skillet which is more available. Frying one egg in the smallest pan is painful.

I really love how these stack for storage but they are so heavy. If you have hand and wrist issues I find that they are hard to handle with one hand.

This is a wonderful set. It fits nicely in the cabinet. Cooks evenly, easy to clean. Fair warning they are heavy. Even my husband loves then. No more worries about Teflon getting scratced.

The pans are well constructed and a bit heavy. They are very difficult to clean. I would not recommend them for the price I paid.
