I want to start upgrading and buying more stainless steel. I will purchase 1 every other month. I did lots of research on brands this came up. I want start purchasing al clad . I was glad measurements were inside of pot. Yes so much easier to clean. But after watching tutorials, I was doing things wrong in the past. Head the pan over stove for a minute or 2, then put oil in so it sizzles for a few minutes, also best if meat is not so cold when placing in pan. Then place eggs, meat or whatever you are cooking in. I was always in such a hurry to cook. I never let pan heat up, would throw oil in and then my meat. The oil would just absorb in the meat, gross, and my pans were a nightmare to clean.
