Works well.
Works well, easy to use. Heats up fairly quickly. I like that it wraps unlike some heat pads. The vibration also helps with pain.

Not worth buying
Heat settings are negligible. If you put it on High you can't feel the heat unless you put your hand on it and press it into your neck. The low to Medium heat settings you may as well leave alone. The massager?? I could get a better massager from my electric toothbrush. Don't buy it!!! Junk!!

This is great!
This is easy to use. I broke my leg, but my biggest problem has been muscle cramps in my leg. This is soothing and relaxing. I use it before bedtime, just before I shut off the light for the night. It has helped me immensely.

Finally somthing that fits my neck and is comfortable
Like that I can wear it as I am sitting at my laptop. Comfortable to wear laying down. Easy to adjust the massage and heat functions.

Disappointed
I should have read the description better. I was expecting a heating pad that covered the whole knee. This one is very narrow and would help a child more than an adult. I tried it out anyway and with the massage on high, I could barely feel it. Also the high heat setting was just a little warm. I returned it. I wish I could find one that would cover the whole knee and actually have heat.

It is worth every penny
I like that is mall, soft, comfortable, it heats and vibrates. I have knee pain and it's great for my knees.

Save your money

Small, Easy to Store, Convenient, Versatile!
I really like how versatile this is! It can fit people of all sizes and can be used in a huge variety of ways. Pretty cool! I really like how you can use the thumb-hole to get a good focus on your wrist, but that same area can just be used as a Velcro strap elsewhere on your person. Pretty convenient. I really like the USB cord here. That makes it perfect for me to use when I am at work on my computer. Nice! This has a mild vibration but a surprisingly strong heat factor. So, if your doctor wants you to try/use heat therapy, this is a great choice! This is so easy to store! It's so small ... but it's really powerful! A really nice therapeutic device!
