I wanted a well-made wall clock that was silent, kept accurate time, and was attractive. I read reviews of cheaper clocks that often mentioned inaccurate time-keeping and noisy clocks. We have a newly painted blue/gray kitchen. I got this clock since when using the oven and microwave we couldn’t tell the correct time. It looks great on the wall and is so easy to read. The wood frame gives a warm look to the bright white face, black numerals and prominent hands.
