sent me defective printer which I returned and this company ripped me off of $120 because of restocking fee and was only refunded $144 as I paid $40 for shipping and so I lost more then half of my $275 purchase. Printer is okay. Have been disappointed with how frequently I change out the ink. Printing at the same rate as my old printer for my job, and changing out 5 times as fast.
