I'm so used to HP products, I was a tad confused by set up directions. But finding the exact model/directions on YouTube made it a breeze. One thing I'm really bothered by is that it's not compatible with Chromebooks. Seriously? Millions of families use these because that's what the schools use. Excellent Product. Does exactly what I need it to do. I can print from my cell and tablet. Only complaint. The toner cartridge in the printer is not full. I needed to purchase an additional cartridge after 100 prints. But it's certainly worth the price.

I'm a big proponent of Brother printers and own several which is why I didn't think twice about purchasing this one BUT this time, I got burned. I purchased this unit in April 2022 as a backup (which I delayed opening) to another printer of another brand that was on its way out. I just opened the boxed a couple days ago (Aug 2023) because of traveling and the other printer died, only to find out this unit is dead! Being this is Renewed, I'm not sure I have just eaten $250. For all the money I spent on this, I would have thought it would have come with a regular toner cartridge. Unfortunately, it only had a sampler that lasted 2 days.
