This water machine was bought for church use & it works wonderful. Has cold as well as "hot" water for mothers with babies to use if needed. The hot lever has a safety feature on it to prevent children from getting burnt if playing with it!

Unit broke after only a month and a half, and it was already having problems from the beginning first of all the noise. A ridiculous high-pitched noise from the compressor. I didn’t do that the first week then after that, it was ridiculous and relentless. It wasn’t just when the water was being compressed. It happened all the time. Then it had stopped working completely no cold water no hot water. Just nothing an incredible waste of money. I’m returning it. I am never gonna buy Brio again. I don’t know how they got so big selling products. The way they do. This is ridiculous. This is sad and I don’t think it’s Amazon’s fault. I think it’s Brios I’m never buying from them again buyer beware don’t buy from them. Just skip them completely.

This bubbler is preforming flawlessly. we are a couple weeks in and doing fine. The complaint I have is there are/were no instructions on turning on that switch to get hot water. I have always thought the O meant on and the - meant off.. nope it's opposite. and no where could I find anything written that that switch needed to be turned on. Also had trouble getting the hot water to flow out the spout at first I had to add air pressure backwards in the spout go get the water flowing. now everything in great.

This thing is great! Hot water and cold are both temperately perfect. Filters last a long time. Saving a great deal after renting a machine and paying for water delivery. Plus NO 5 gallon jugs to lug!! Filtered water comes up very pure in tests.

Got one of these a month ago, and love it. I use it with a ZeroWater filter tank. Cold tap water nice and cold. Hot tap water nice and hot. Some folks said they thought the compressor isn't that quiet. True, but compressor only runs about 10% of the time or so. So seems OK to me. To use ZeroWater, you can remove the top collar ring. What I did was remove collar, use Dremel tool to cut out center portion, clean it up, and reinstall. But I used it at first with just the collar removed.

I bought this when my old water cooler finally died. It shipped quickly and was easy to unpack. All I had to do was plug it in. It takes up less space than my old one, and is a lot quieter. In fact, I can't hear it at all. The only downside is the hot water tap. As a safety feature you have to press in the front and back of the lever. That would be fine if there was room between the front of the cooler and the back tab for your fingers, which there really isn't. So it's a bit of an adventure to get hot water. But for the price, it's a good value.
