I had a bad experience with the first cooler I received. I even wrote a very negative review about the problems I was having. I resolved my self to this being a bad purchase and was just about to replace it with another brand when I was contacted by the seller who is a direct dealer for the manufacturer. They told me that my problem had to be due to a defective unit and offered to either replace the cooler or give me a full refund. I went for the replacement and I couldn't be happier. The replacement was received within less than a week from my telephone conversation with the customer service representative. The new unit works great. I couldn't be happier with the way this unit works and especially with the customer service that took care of me.

I bought this when my old water cooler finally died. It shipped quickly and was easy to unpack. All I had to do was plug it in. It takes up less space than my old one, and is a lot quieter. In fact, I can't hear it at all. The only downside is the hot water tap. As a safety feature you have to press in the front and back of the lever. That would be fine if there was room between the front of the cooler and the back tab for your fingers, which there really isn't. So it's a bit of an adventure to get hot water. But for the price, it's a good value.

So I bought one unit on June 2018. 6 months in and this just stopped working. I spoke to customer service and they said they will issue me a full refund. Knowing that, I went ahead and buy a next unit on Jan 2019. Then they send me a replacement instead of a refund. Now I have 2 units( 1 I repurchased and the other one they sent as replacement). Amazon rep reached out to me and they also fully refunded me from the 1st defective one. I also reached out to the company so I can return the extra unit they sent as a replacement. They told me I can gk ahead and keep it so I did. Its Sep 2021 now and the 2nd unit I bought just stopped working again. No idea why. There hasn't been any moving, any changes, its been in the same spot since I set it up. So I went down to my basement and brought up the extra replacement unit the sent previously. The box was still unopened and I never checked it when it arrived. Upon opening the box, the unit looks clearly used and dirty. I plugged it in anyway. 10 seconds of it being plugged in, it started smoking badly and gave out a stench. So the replacement unit they sent me was also a used and defective unit, I guess that's why the told me to keep it. So now I'm left with 2 units that don't work. Clearly not a reliable product and clearly its a waste of time and money. Very disappointed.

A lot of people said that they liked this dispenser so I purchased it. I was following the rules trying to find an electrician to install the proper GFCI outlet, which took a very long time because either the pandemic was still causing problems for electricians, or they did not want to do a small job. I finally got one to come here And install the proper outlet. So this means that my warranty expired this past June and I have been using this water dispenser only for two months. I knew it would make a vibrating sound as if you had a fish tank it gives off the same sound, but this gives off a loud scratchy sound, I am upset because now I’ve missed my warranty but I technically have not used this machine except for two months and it is very loud and yes it is 4 inches away from the wall and yes it is on a steady floor surface. But I was trying to follow the rules by having it plugged into a GFCI Outlet.
