It's very noisy! If the water in your bottle runs out, the pump continues to run without stopping. It doesn't give a water low warning! It doesn't cool well. The cold water tank is small. I don't recommend it.

So far, we absolutely love our Brio 130 Series Bottom Load Water Cooler! Our family drinks a lot of water since we don’t really buy soda or juices, and this has been such a great addition to our home. One thing to note when it’s delivered—make sure to let it stand upright for at least 24 hours before using it. The instructions mention this step, and it’s important to follow so the cooler works properly. After that, setup was super easy. The instructions were clear and straightforward, and we had it up and running in no time. Incredibly loud... But does the job.

It's good, gets water cold and hot, dispensens, does the job. However, it is THE loudest water dispenser I've ever interacted with. When the bottle is empty is whirs for 5+ solid minutes and then does the most obnoxious, shrill beep that resounds through the entire house. If you're sensitive to noise, maybe choose a different brand.

Easy to refill and use

I love this! My whole family is drinking more water. We keep an extra filled container and it is easy enough to swap. We can make tea straight from the dispenser, or have cold water. No leaks, easy to install the water. Cold is perfect for me and I don't need ice like normal, hot is perfect for teas and cocoa. I do appreciate the hot water button protection, and how quickly the water cools or heats depending on which is needed. I would buy again.

Great for the money, fits larger water bottles

Great value and easier to use than my previous water cooler. I’ve had this for about 6 months, and it’s been an excellent find for the price. The neutral color looks good in the room, the bottle is easy to load, and the dispensing area is tall enough to fit longer reusable water bottles without needing to tilt them. The bottom-load design is especially nice since you don’t have to lift and flip a heavy bottle. One small tradeoff is that the water doesn’t get quite as cold as my previous cooler, but it’s still chilled enough to drink comfortably. Best for: households that use tall reusable bottles, home offices, break rooms Not for: very tight spaces or anyone who wants ice-cold water

Garbage

This is the biggest piece of garbage I have purchased in at least 20 years. Door broken and very cheaply made. It pulled water into tank but would not dispense water. All around junk don't buy this if you want to actually drink water.
