So far, we absolutely love our Brio 130 Series Bottom Load Water Cooler! Decided to buy a water cooler after getting another notice that our city water had lead and copper in it. Be sure to read the directions twice when setting it up and it will work just fine for you. Everyone is else is right about the empty jug light not coming on though-but I just check the bottle every once in awhile by bending over and opening the door. The hot water is hot enough for a nice cup of tea and the cold water is well, cold. It does make some noise but if you have a refrigerator then you should be used to that sound anyways. I love it and would tell my friends and family to buy it.

I was sent a defective item. THe hot water side never worked. I haven't even been able to turn on the switch for hot water. I get to the step to hold down cold and hot to basically prime the lines but i'm scared to turn the switch because no water comes out of the hot a lone. Just the room temp button and cold water button works. I rebooted like they said twice which took over 4 hours (2 hrs per try). Their solution is to send me a new machine but first i have to video myself cutting the power cord and basically pay a dumpsite (haul it myself as well) to discard it. I'd rather return and get my money back. I waited the 24 hours after unboxing, went through the steps (3 times counting reboots) Buy a different machine or a different model is my review. If i wasn't scared they wouldn't refund i'd take it a part to look at the tanks and see whats up.

Great value and easier to use than my previous water cooler. I’ve had this for about 6 months, and it’s been an excellent find for the price. The neutral color looks good in the room, the bottle is easy to load, and the dispensing area is tall enough to fit longer reusable water bottles without needing to tilt them. The bottom-load design is especially nice since you don’t have to lift and flip a heavy bottle. One small tradeoff is that the water doesn’t get quite as cold as my previous cooler, but it’s still chilled enough to drink comfortably. Best for: households that use tall reusable bottles, home offices, break rooms Not for: very tight spaces or anyone who wants ice-cold water

I'm giving this 3 stars, but that's generous. It does dispense water, but it doesn't do it well. I have a Brio 300 series that I bought a year ago for $99 and it's fantastic. This one is NOT as good and cost 50% more. The water doesn't get that hot, and it barely gives two mugs of hot water before it needs to heat up again. The cold is not super cold. I'm really disappointed.
