The heater works well in a insulated house I built for a Ferrell cat. The surface gets hot to the touch when on high, but with an insulated house there is no need to run it on high. It doesn't heat! Can BARELY feel anything less than 1 inch away and that's all the way up to 120 degrees! We installes it in our dog house and it was cold after having it in there all night! Do not waste your money on this product!

For what it cost this is a not worth it. I had it set to the highest level and it didn’t heat up the dog house at all. I ended up going to Walmart to buy a cheap $20 small space heater and that is doing the trick.

Ran for 2 days straight and I could lay my hand on it. Should of paid me $90 to try it. Complete rip off
