And our juvenile Goldfinch like to sit on them. The spacing is closer than some we'd ordered which had glass bulbs. Theses are plastic bulbs so you worry less about breakage. We use Alexa to turn them on and call them party lights.

I bought these lights back in 2018. They've been hanging around our back deck area ever since. They've been through at least 2 hurricanes (Zeta and Ida) and are still hanging and working! I can't recommend these enough.

I initially bought the solar powered ones but they merely provided ambient lighting, not enough to see in the dark. this one is what I was looking for and with the dimmer, I can control the brightness level that I want. The media could not be loaded. These lights are just what we were looking for. Well made, every light lit up first time every time, the 3-foot spacing is perfect, and we bought the Brightech dimmer/remote control to operate them and it works like a charm! The glass globes aren’t as fragile as I was afraid they would be so no breakage, but we were careful when hanging them. We used three 48-foot strands and the only negative is that at the place where you connect 2 strands together, there is a 6-foot string that has no lights (the end of one strand and the beginning of the next one) and it has to be doubled/tripled up on itself to make the spacing continuously consistent. I understand why, but it does diminish the sleek beauty just a little bit (especially if you’re a perfectionist like me). I definitely think you will enjoy the soft ambience that these lights give at 25% and that they can also be used for quite a lot of light at 100%. ... show more

Needed to extend my string lights. It was straightforward to connect the existing string lights. The bulbs are a bit more cooler than my existing lights, but they are brighter than my current setup.
