I bought these lights on may 5, 2020 since then I have had them going across make shifts outdoor patio made with 2x2 wood and a big tarp and even after one 2x2 broke from base and has been violently flapping in the wind for close to a year (just never got it fixed) these tough lights never broke or stopped working. They come on automatically when sun down and stayed on till on till sun up still a year later. They are not bright but they have a good enough light to light up an outside area enough to comfortably see. I now need more and lights and searched my past orders because I am not getting any other light knowing how good and how long these last. I live offgrid and purchased a bunch of different brand solar lights of all kinds and purchased some really good and some really bad these were the best and well worth it.

I ordered these years ago and am happy to report that they are still going strong! I removed them to paint and was planning to put them up again after the paint dried but they ended up sitting in a pile in my backyard for a couple of weeks. The sun actually melted/distorted some of the bulbs and they still work! Very reliable product that’s worth the money.

I hung two strings of these lights on a fence to illuminate the dark pathway from my front yard to my back patio. They're bright enough to easily see clearly on a dark night. I like that the solar panel comes with both a spike to install the panel in the ground and also with a clip that can be use to attach the panel securely to the fence. The solar panel has an easy to access On/Off switch so I can turn them off whenever I'd like. In the month that I've had them, theses lights have survived a few horrendous rain storms; there were downed tree limbs and tornado sightings but the lights held up. One night when the power was out, they were bright enough that I pulled up a patio chair and read for a couple hours.

These lights were not as bright as we thought they were going to be. We had bought the longer string lights back in 2021 for our wedding & thought we would get the same results for our patio with the 27 ft, but we were not happy. We returned these & went to Costco.
