The media could not be loaded. Update 09/25/2023: I've tested the canner with some additional weight on the weighted gauge and can get the dial gauge up to 10psi- but how do I know that I am not actually over?. I have also invested in another dial gauge to replace the one this canner came with to see if it was poorly calibrated to begin with. So I have had additional cost and am not able to send it back to the US. All in all it ended up costing more than I wanted to pay. --- I didn't order this canner. I ordered the Fulgotonit but this is the one I got. I think they are the same thing, just different brands. Anyway, the actual pot looks nice and this was meant to be a cheaper and smaller canner for my induction stove. I have the presto 23 qt which I love but it is massive. I note that nowhere on amazon does it say what the psi rating of the accompanying weight is. I assumed that it was 10 psi but the canner does not go higher than 8 psi for me, no matter how much I turn the heat up. The weight starts jiggling at around 8psi as well. ... show more
