I ordered this chair from vine for my son as a surprise. To begin with, putting it together took me all of 30 minutes. The instructions were very easy even if it was just a picture book. I must admit that I first felt that the foot-rest was a gimmick but he uses it every time he's in it. The materials are pretty nice and the arm-rests are very soft yet supportive. I do feel that the cushion could have been a bit softer but that's just my opinion as both my son and wife thought it's very comfortable. The cushion is also pretty wide making it even extra comfy for smaller people but giving bigger people ample room to sit on. The back rest is also sturdy but comfortable. It also comes with an extra lower lumber support as well as a head-pillow which attach to the backrest . My son doesn't much like the head-pillow but loves the lumbar support pillow. All in all, this is a fantastic gaming chair covers both the "gaming" look but is also very comfortable! I even think it's be a great office chair, if you can get past the "gamer" look. ... show more

I picked up this ErgoDesign Gaming Chair and put it together over the weekend. The assembly was not too bad at all in comparison to some other chairs I have purchased in the past. The chair once assembled is comfortable even for me being 6ft 3" tall and a bigger guy. The chair reclines and adjusts height easily, the one thing that was weird compared to other chairs is the way the arm rests lean back with the chair. It's not a bad thing, just different from what I am used to. The cushion is pretty good although I tend to put additional cushions on my office chairs to protect the seat and provide more cushion and this chair, I will do the same. For the price, this is a good chair and on par with the others out there. I can say that this is much better than my previous gaming chair in build and comfort so for that I'm very pleased with it! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Missing a screw for the arms so I'm trying to locate one. Instructions and on here say contact manufacturer for issues but there is no phone number, email or website that I can find in the instructions, materials or on here. Even tightened fully the arms move around. Seating isn't very padded. Probably better for a younger teen vs an office or longer gaming sessions. I would have given it a 5 except for the arms. Assembly was not too bad except for the fact that the labeling of the screws did not match the directions and I had to remove a set.
