Don't buy cheap ... you'll be buying another holder after the cheap one falls apart or decides to jettison your smart phone onto the blacktop. I used this holder for a recumbent bike and found it steady, secure and rugged. Very happy with my choice.

Bought this at the end of February, held up really well until July. Found it loose one morning and it pulled right out. Band's must have broke off and dropped the other parts down into the bike.
